deserts and food are lovely but waiting nearly 1 hr 30mins for food to be delivered is a joke and when you call up they either end the call or the generic sorrt we are busy shame i wont order from here again its a joke

Really lovely, good quality food, one of the best burgers we’ve ever had. Can’t really fault it as prices are great too and they’ve never forgotten anything off the order. One of the best takeaways in Crosby and boss ice cream flavours! Voir le carte

Came in here for my daughter as she wanted ice cream. Walked in to be completely ignored by the women who was serving. Was not busy was empty, if this was not for my daughter as I’d promised her I would have walked straight out no manners and service is disgusting. Never again

I ordered 2 waffles and ice cream, but 2 hours later the order still hadn't arrived despite three phone calls. The woman who answered the phone was not helpful at all and told me to just ask for a refund. This kind of service is unacceptable and the restaurant should be ashamed of themselves. It's a joke.

Ordered at 9.22 with expected delivery 10:20-10.40 however it didnt turn up until 11.34, it wasn’t a big order it was 2 milkshakes, 2 burgers and a hot dog. Rang the restaurant at 10.48 to be told it was going out and then rang again at 20 past 11 as it is not a far drive to be told the driver last 15 mins ago. The food at this restaurant is absolutely delicious and beautiful. However, the long wait time of 2 hours can be a major turn-off. I placed my order at 8:30, but the delivery time kept changing and the food was supposed to arrive at 9:55. It's now 10:23 and it still hasn't arrived. I don't think I will be ordering from here again, as many other Google reviews mention the same issue. The food is great, but the delivery time is unacceptably long. Perhaps they should consider hiring new drivers or addressing kitchen problems, as waiting nearly 2 hours for cookie dough is unreasonable.

While searching for a dessert bar in Liverpool, I stumbled upon this place by chance. The server was extremely friendly, offering samples of as many ice cream flavors as we liked. I have to give her top marks for her excellent service! I opted for the Chocoholic Waffle, which unfortunately didn't meet my expectations. I'm not sure if the waffle itself was stale or if it simply didn't have enough chocolate to justify its name (it had a drizzle of sauce and some chocolate chips), but I was left feeling disappointed. On the bright side, the honeycomb ice cream was delicious. And don't forget to present your student card for a 10% discount!

I used to like the above song (as a reference to this restaurant) until Jamie Oliver ruined it in his advert! Anyone, I digress this is an independent review based my my experience today ordering from Moonlight in South Road, Crosby. I drive along South Road quite a lot, and have always noticed this place as there aren’t a lot of decent dessert shops within my locale.
