The staff couldn't have been more accommodating: allowing us to bring the dogs in when it started to rain after providing a water bowl and a blanket for them. Food was excellent.

Told to order on the app and then asked to tip staff at payment. Not the poor staffs fault, I know, but you obviously need less staff, so pay them more and stop asking people to tip for service they didn't receive.

Took ages to be served even though only 3 other tables in took a long time for food to come out average at best. Had to ask for serviettes other tables around had not been cleared. Couple came in and sat at next table totally ignored had to ask to be served! Voir le carte

The restaurant has a very welcoming atmosphere and a wide range of menu options. The service was quick, but there was a mix-up with our order where they made the wrong burgers for us. We had to wait a bit longer for the correct order, but they acknowledged their mistake and fixed it promptly.

Went for a family meal as limited optio s in area for what we wanted. Last time we were there the beef burgers were cremated never mind overdone so asked for them to be cooked less. Told they can't cook burgers anything but we'll done should have walked our at this stage but asked them to cook as little as possible. Result was burnt burgers and very small ones at that. Will not be returning , get getter burgers at the roll van near my work!!

Service was really bad. Had a long wait for our food, waiter advised he would add an extra portion of chips to compensate but these never arrived. When we did eventually get our food it was pretty obvious the majority had been sitting out for a while, buns were crispy and burnt from the lamp, chips were cold. No server asked how our food was, very inattentive. Had really good meals from other restaurants of the same chain but won’t be returning to this one. Voir le carte

We tried out this restaurant for a birthday dinner last night. Initially, the staff seemed more focused on chatting with each other than greeting guests. We were seated without being informed that we needed to order using the app, despite being told that someone would come to take our order. I eventually had to approach a staff member at the food counter to ask about placing our order, and was directed to use the app. I found the prices to be too high for the quality of the food. Overall, I was disappointed and do not plan on returning or recommending this restaurant.

Cons: Unfortunately, the experience was very overpriced. The burger was just okay in taste, but quite small and no better than something from Burger King, yet priced at double the cost. The menu mentioned halloumi in the burger but it was missing. By the time I noticed, I had already eaten most of it and didn't want to make a fuss. The sweet potato fries were undercooked and there was no salad or slaw offered. Another issue was that orders had to be placed through an app, which was fine, but the checkout automatically added a donation to charity with no option to remove it, except by asking a server, which felt awkward. Being seated in a back room meant having to go seek out a staff member...

Would not recommend. Tried here for lunch while through visiting Stirling for the day, and was bitterly disappointed. The food was severely overpriced for its low quality. Ordered a portion of chicken tender and fried which were over cooked and really unpleasant. Paid £1.50 for a dip that never arrived despite requesting it again after it was initially not brought with the rest of the order. I’m not usually one for leaving reviews especially when they are this negative but I would feel really bad if a large family were to visit and waste their money as the meal wasn’t cheap.
