"Although the meal was decent, the staff was so rude and mean to all the clients. First of all, he was so furious, for whatever reason, since we arrive at the restaurant. We have been placed at a table outside where all the people were...smoking, although we had three little children with our party. when we asked to be moved inside, the waiter told his manager, a lady in Italian, of course and then both have been mad at us and acting like crazy. We accepted another table outside but at the end of the row. Then all the things he did is to throw the cutlery, the plates and everything on the table, being visible mad at us. We should have left at that point, but we decided to give it a chance, still. We had no salt, pepper or oil on our table and he took it form the table next to us, and in few minutes, he took them back to another table. No smile or courtesy that we saw at other restaurants. He forgot one order and he brought it way later and the portion was smaller, like he made it out cutting from another plate. At the end, he brought us the bill, and when we paid, although we added some money as a tip, (BIG MISTAKE) he came almost yelling at us, saying that the bill is wrong and the amount is bigger for the order he forgot, and he wrote the new amount by hand. We paid the new amount and he cursed in Italian and somebody who knew the language, said he never heard such bad words coming out from somebody's mouth. So, avoid this restaurant, at any costs."

we're in juli with our family here. it was next to our hotel club meeting, and the hotel recommended this place. the food was nice and delicious. the price was also ok. the service might have been a little more friendly.
