"First of all, the food is usually what we as Swiss expect in a Nepalese restaurant. The selection offers something for everyone. The service is friendly, but dealing with complaints and feedback is difficult. It's probably due to the mentality of not wanting to face unpleasant situations. What bothers me personally is that the plates always come out of the kitchen with dirty edges. Furthermore, the portions are rather small for the prices paid."

"Wir (2 Erw., 1 Kind) bekamen ein lauschiges Plätzchen im Garten. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Das Essen war richtig lecker. Wir haben ein neues Lieblingslokal in Winterthur gefunden!Je nachdem, für wieviel Personen ein Tisch benötigt wird, bekommt man auch 2 Wochen vorher keinen Tisch mehr!"

"Apart from the tiny portions, the food was served with a lot of dedication. Each course has space on a coffee plate. The alarm bells started ringing for me right from the start when the sentence came, in our case we leave the restaurant feeling full but not overcrowded..... Oh dear, I thought. To be honest, when I go out to eat, I don't want to go to the fridge afterwards. However, you can always order a supplement, which saved me from starvation. It's just not my style to curtsy as a supplicant for a little more food. Don't think everyone does this because they're ashamed. In terms of taste, I found all the dishes very tasty, although not amazing. Somehow nouvelle cuisine reinterpreted. Meat and vegetables cooked perfectly, really very fine. In my opinion, the descriptions of the preparation and origin of the dishes at the table are too much and seem a bit artificial. In terms of price, that's a challenge. A bottle of affordable white wine costs around 60 to 100 francs, well. Together with the meal around 300 francs I think it's too much. But just. It was no different in Switzerland in the 80s. We simply pay too much in Switzerland. Still, I think there are few restaurants that celebrate food with such dedication. If the portions were a little larger, I would try it again. But only when I have some money in reserve again. The whole thing took too long and got on my nerves. I want to eat and not talk to the person I'm talking to for hours. We spent almost 3 hours in the restaurant. Deduction for price and quantity otherwise recommended. The concept seems to be working. Is always well booked. You can also see this in the little-commented reviews of Trüblis. Don't need to react to it. A pity."

"We often eat at La Pergola and have always been very satisfied. For us, the family atmosphere is the best thing about this restaurant. Every guest is always given a very friendly welcome here. I think there aren't many restaurants these days where friendliness comes first. Keep it up mentor and team. "We used to love this place, but maybe administration has changed. We went today, welcomed not very warmly (as before and immediately asked our reservation. We made it by phone but the manager couldn’t find it because only those online he claimed to be valid (who was then on the phone?! Why accepting also this option?! . He ‘managed’ to seat all the 5 of us. Funny enough the local stayed half empty for the whole night.."
