I went for lunch with my boyfriend and we loved it. Everything completely vegan, excellent variety of dishes, good and delicate flavours. We liked everything, both food and service. The desserts are also excellent and you can feel that they are fresh. Veg pork ribs amazed me, but so did the rest! Ottima esperienza, non sono né vegano né vegetariano ma sono rimasto veramente soddisfatto. Il tagliere di finti formaggi mi ha sorpreso. Il resto tutto molto buono, abbiamo provato la caponata, la tagliata di funghi e la polenta. Sarebbero andate benissimo porzioni meno abbondanti, soprattutto gli antipasti. First time at this restaurant and it certainly won't be the last. Everything was delicious, from the starter to the dessert. Friendly and competent staff and a quiet environment. I (vegan) and my husband (omnivore) came and, at the end of the first course (he took the carbonara) he began by saying that he liked it even more than the one with eggs and bacon! If you want to eat well and do good for the environment and animals, go to MiBio Bistrot, you won't regret it. Parking the car was a challenge..... Small but welcoming place: I recommend booking. Excellent food, in some cases too tasty, to my taste, really generous portions. The cheese platter and ribs are very good. The carbonara was excellent, I would have preferred it with less pepper. Too bad there were no pizzas! Good quality/price ratio. This is proof that not all that glitters is gold...but in a good way! There are places that want to be pretentious and the costs are also quite high, then you go there, try and get a little disappointed and then there are places like this, simple and calm, which on the contrary do their thing without wanting to overdo it too much and they're right. I went to this place for the first time today for lunch. The place is small and easy-going, but nice and welcoming.
