We stop by to eat, I recommend, apart from the food that is very good, to make special mention to javier the waiter who attended us, very professional. or I'm very wrong or you'll get away in that profession where you don't see as much professionalism as you do.

A lot of our ordering was done by pointing to what someone else had and asking about it. We chose the menu of the day. We bypassed wine for hot tea since it was a rainy day and we were driving. The restaurant was crowded with locals who were eating what we ate. With a starter, meat and potatoes, and flan for dessert, our meal was 20 Euros.

A traditional Spanish bar serving lovely tapas with drinks, actually the best tapas that we have had in Spain. As in many Spanish bars when you ask for a large beer, what you get is a small glass half filled and Meson Cervantes is no different but I guess thats the Spanish experience. The premises appear very well run clean. Also very popular with the locals.

This is the second time we have eaten at this Meson and on both occasions the food and service have been excellent. We stayed on the Aire in our motorhome and this establishment is a short walk. The Buey Ox burger is one of the best I have eaten it comes with bacon egg lettuce and tomato a real meal for the hungry. The mixed croquetas are amazing especially accompanied with chicken fingers do not confuse with chopped and reshaped rubbish, quality chicken breast. Order the half raciones plenty on the plate. This feast will not break the bank balance. All drinks come with excellent free tapas. If you feel adventurous try the tasty pigs ears very popular with the locals !!
