Memories Of India- Osterley

Best Indian restaurant in Hounslow area, been visit with my family. Food was amazing and staff was really very nice and very friendly.

If you want to eat a generic prepared curry then order from memories of India. Boy scouts mixed vegetables with curry sauce from the tin would be much thd same. What a disappointment.

This is one of the worst restaurants that I have ever visited in my life. We don’t understand why staff is running but none were looking at customers, we were not even offered after even after min of our arrival. Food is horrible. I...will give negotiable stars Voir le carte

Love this restaurant and the food. However last night was not a very comfortable experience. The waiters all had masks under their chins. The menus were dirty and one diner had an appalling incessant cough. No tracking details were taken and given the restaurant is...in an area seeing a surge in covid cases, more measures should be in place.

Gorgeous, flavoursome food but unfortunately service was below expectations. It took min for two of water to be brought over and when they did, it was in wine glasses even for a very young child. Couple times our table got a food that we...didn’t order, which was very confusing. I really want to hope this was because they were busy but we will not be going back.

We went to Memories of India for our anniversary dinner last night as we visited Tiger Lily (opposite) last Thursday. Despite being busy, which was good to see, the standard of food was excellent as was the service and ambience. great location, very authentic. I assume that the majority of the diner Indian was the quality of this place reflects! service was impeccable altho one of the waiters was something too attentive, although I must say that this is better than being the complete opposite! the food arrived instantly and the management was pleased to meet certain criteria for my guests, while she did not feel as if she had asked about the world. some interesting dishes in the offer, high-quality eating, good choice of weeping / beer, friendly staff, good price- check it out.

Have been meaning to visit for a while so Dine Out to Help Out scheme prompted us to actually go. The place was really busy and the waiters were rushing about all,over the place, warm evening so there were outside tables as well. Big portions...particularly the main courses which had a lot of meat in them. Maybe because they were so busy they. Got one item of our order wrong but quickly resolved although whilst doing this they forgot to bring is any plates! Good decor with some wonderful wood carvings. The menu was weighted towards tandoori dishes. Will certainly visit again.

My family had booked the conservatory area for my hen party. On the day, the owner phoned to check with us in the morning if the booking was fine it was. Then about before we are due to arrive, and my family have...arrived to decorate the room he tells us that we can no longer have it because it has already been booked. Even though we booked it weeks earlier and spoken about it on multiple occasions to check the details. To add insult to injury, the manager also tells us that we changed the date earlier in the week when no one did. Plus management called in the morning to confirm the booking.
