I love going here with my friends, the music and vibe is good. We get to catch up and have some food. Staff are very pleasant and helpful.

Good family restaurant with a good atmosphere, staff are lovely, and the dining area hostess Val is very helpful. Always take my nephews here as it has the play area too.

The lady on the speak was very rude and abrupt with my order no pleases or thank you’s or manners whatsoever really. I then get to the payment window to not be created AT ALL no words were spoken by the female manager. Really terrible service won’t be coming back gemini all the way

Awful. Went through the drive through and got parked up. When I got home (less than a 10 minute drive) my food was stone cold, my wrap hadn’t been customised, the fries were only half filled and I had been given the wrong drink which got thrown away. They are happy to increase their prices but the quality is getting much worse. Voir le carte

Had an accident here where the floor was wet no wet floor sign , by main door in to restaurant, I fell hurting my hip , palms and putting a cut and a dent in my shin , dave took my accident form and really didn't seem like he was bothered , had to go back today to get the number off the accident form and guess what the floor was wet again with no wet floor sign

Every single time I go to this McDonald it does not get my order right. That includes drive through, M delivery etc. it never over delivers. As usual tonight- several items were missing and Uber eats can’t help and neither can the bot! Last time I returned to the store to speak to the manager, she said ooh perhaps it would help if I put my glasses on! This place is a joke and a total rip off!

Family of three went out for Friday night treat choose this particular one because of the soft play all I can say is NEVER again the food was stone cold, and the behaviour of the kids in the soft play was horrific there where two older lad lad screaming and shout and banging on the equipment to the point that the whole ceiling was shaking none of the kids could play in there because they where genuinely scared and not one member of staff intervened asked the kids the leave or anything I get that these kids are not their responsibility but when they are unsupervised and upsetting other children they should at least ty to intervene I suggested that they called the police but they refused Voir le carte
