no issue with the service but I paid for a double big mac meal, got home to find a double cheese burger. robbed. :

Cannot get an order right to save their lives! Food often cold and just thrown together. Management rude and completely uninterested in the state of the place! We avoid at all costs.

If you want poor customer service, cold food and long waits. This is the best McDonalds for you! Just go drive a bit further and go to Mill Way! Don’t accept awful food and service. Although this is all this McDonalds knows!

everytime you use the drive through you get parked up and by the time your food comes out it would have been quicker to park and go into the store.....staff attitude stinks, when mentioning being parked up everytime we get snapped at with well we have to cook the food you know would not recommend to anyone

So late for my drive to work so called in and ordered coffee, get to pay desk and asked if discount for Key workers via Blue Light Card: “Ooh I don’t know let me find out ...... no we stopped doing that a while back.” ???? you have only recently reopened so I am back to Costa with lovely coffee, charming service and valued custom.

Absolutely appalling! The girl who took our order was extremely rude and abrupt. She had absolutely no manners at all, I understand the job may be hectic at times but that does not excuse the way customers were being spoken to. As an employee she has a duty and responsibility, maybe if she feels she cannot do that than she should not be in the job! Disgusted and disappointed. Will be making a formal complaint.

Ordered my usual regular white coffee and large cappuccino when I got to the hatch was given two regular drinks. When I questioned them was told that is what I ordered. However they did not give me a receipt and when I called them on it they could find the receipt. Eventually one if the staff said park up and I’ll bring you out a large cappuccino. 20 minutes later I am still waiting. Worst service. It is busy but customer care is pitiful today.

My experience dining at this restaurant for brunch was excellent. The price per person ranged from £10–20, which I found to be very reasonable. The food was delicious, earning a rating of 4 out of 5. The service was also great, with a rating of 4 out of 5. The atmosphere of the restaurant was lovely and welcoming, earning a perfect score of 5 out of 5. I highly recommend trying their burgers, as they were one of the standout dishes during my meal.
