I went to McDonald's yesterday expecting it to close at 12:00, as per their posted hours, but unfortunately it closed at 11:40. One of the employees was very rude to me and was even yelling. This is not the way to treat customers. Shame on you.

I did not have a good experience. The restaurant was uncomfortably hot and stuffy, with flies buzzing around the trash cans. It is a popular McDonald's, but it felt more like a hangout spot for teenagers. I used to visit this McDonald's when I was younger, and despite some renovations, it still feels old and worn out. The McDonald's location is typical, but I cannot overlook the discrimination with the restrooms. The women's restroom is freely accessible, while the men's restroom requires a code that must be requested from the staff (the code is 1971 for those in need). The restrooms were in terrible condition, with one completely blocked and the other lacking toilet paper. Improvements are needed in this area.

The McDonald's offers its typical good value menu and the staff works hard. However, the upstairs seating area is quite oppressive. While there is a small section that resembles a graffiti-covered skate park, the rest of the area does not. I have visited many McDonald's locations, but the one in the Swansea city center stands out as exceptionally clean and well-managed. The staff are helpful and polite, with everyone smiling and creating a pleasant atmosphere. The food is fantastic, especially the milkshakes which have a delicious chocolate flavor that actually tastes like chocolate, unlike the ones I have had in London.
