I would say the majority of the time, the food is always nice and hot here. The service is delivered in a quick and efficient manner.

Wish I hadn’t bothered . Don’t go there very often but fancied a snack and as expected from previous visits utter garbage . Cold food and guess what No milk shakes . How this place stays in business is beyond my comprehension

Avold cold food and when complain there made feel it was my fault go to Ashby or Burton instead it be quicker even driving 5 miles out of the way to get to never go again management only care about profit over customers again avold Voir le carte

I ordered a medium Latte at this McDonald's and was charged £1.99, even though the day before at a different location I was only charged £1.59. I don't understand why there is a 40p difference in price at the Swadlincote location. I will not be returning.

wouldn’t even rate it one star but that is the lowest i could go. security is horrid person, swearing at customers and touched my nuggets , i am absoultly disgusted by this. WORST EXEPRIENCE I HAVE EVER WHITNESSED. THIS PLACE NEEDS SHUTTING DOWN. FULL STOP

This has to be the worth McDonald's in the country, they never get your order right and whether you collect or have a delivery the food is cold. If you have a delivery and you complain McDonalds blame Uber Eats and Uber Eats blame McDonalds Do not use this restuarant. Voir le carte

This restaurant is really terrible. There were problems with parking because a group of Eastern Europeans seemed to believe they controlled the car park, possibly JustEat drivers. The security guard appeared to be more focused on flirting with the staff and checking his phone rather than ensuring the safety of the establishment.

My last 10 visits to this restaurant have been consistently disappointing. There have been long waits of 10 to 20 minutes, accompanied by awful lines of cars at the drive-through. Unfortunately, like other branches, the service through Deliveroo has slowed down the process of getting fast food. Customers who order from home seem to be given priority over those who show up in person. It's best to steer clear of this place.

They can never help but mess up your order no matter what you order. Literally just ordered a big tasty with bacon and they couldn’t even put the damn bacon in it, on the screen when I ordered it said a big tasty with bacon and by the end I had a big tasty without bacon that looked like they’d scraped it off of the floor and they’d somehow changed the receipt to say just a big tasty so I couldn’t even debate the order. I know for a fact what I saw and they’ve done things like this over and over again for years, do not bother wasting your money it just gets worse and worse.
