"Went today n sat in the drive through for 40 minutes for food that was ordered NO ONE TOLD ANYONE THE SYSTEMS WERE DOWN car after car pulling into the drive through do not one could go anywhere when i queried this.. answered but some inbred who despite speaking English it would appear she obviously didn’t want to be working there judging by her tone asked to speak to the manager and was told by the inbred no lol went in rather cross to speak to Neil the manager started off well but decended into Neil running into the kitchen n informing me by tannoy Forveveryone to hear that i was to leave i did so as this wasn’t productive only to return to the drive through n wait for a further 15 minutes i know the place has only opened a week but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired the manager requires training and the gentleman employee who works there and was removed from the situation due to his aggression needs to remember your not in a nightclub n a official employee your threats do not frightened me As a franchise bad reviews are never a good thing especially when you opened only a week ago like i mb said this is about customer service which was seriously lacking by both employees i spoke to n the manager. i would comment on the food but was left to feel like a mass murderer n the refused to serve me i only wanted an ice cream n fruit bag Mind you what do you expect from Cheapside inbred"

Absolutely disgusting, me and my partners drink had these little black bits in our drink around the top bit of the cup and inside it swaps honestly disgusting, giving us dirty cups in a pandemic??? Voir le carte

there seems to be a lot of bad reviews here. I can only say that it was good when I visited, although they claimed that they were only little personal on this day and apologised for slow service (which was not at all slow).

Almost every time I have visited this restaurant, they have been doing system updates. It's frustrating to see them prioritizing this over serving their customers, especially when they are still outside eating. Who wants to eat at a restaurant that can't get their priorities straight?

We have visited this McDonald's multiple times, 4 times in the last 2 months. However, this morning when we called at 7:30-8:00, we had to wait almost 10 minutes to access the restroom for disabled individuals. This was frustrating as we had to wait for a staff member to assist us, causing a delay. It was disappointing to have such a long wait. Voir le carte

repetitive issues , cold food , rude unhelpful staff , after waiting 30 mins in the ridiculous que that goes all the way back to the roundabout (which is also illegal) regarding traffic laws , once finally at drive thru collection point was told to...wait in grill area , again for another 20 minutes , the massive issue is the food isnt fast whatsoever , this has to be the worst ran mcdonalds in the uk

Visited this branch late lunch time today, having trouble ordering on the screen I went to the counter to order. One of the assistants looked at me at least twice but didn't speak to me just carried on with what she was doing then walked...away without speaking to me. The supervisor walked past, he didn't speak to me, he got a drink and just walked away. I left and took my business elsewhere. NOT GOING THERE AGAIN and I suggest you don't either.
