Service very slow, bins over flowing with dirty trays with rubbish being stacked up close by. Tables not checked and cleaned regularly.

incredibly friendly staff, especially on the order stand. arranged a large mac speck consciously without pickles, wobble or salat and so arrived. I hope for something more sauce tho. Other than that, great McDonald’s

Ordered lunch via just eat. Wait time was excessive and when the food arrived all was cold Tried to call restaurant to find out the delay and tried to call again to advise of how cold the food was but no one answered the phone

my friend dk bought 20 chicken bugs and I have to say. they were the best nuggets I ever had. perfectly crisp and golden with an elegant crunchy. as a chicken-nugget lover I am thrilled to say they are the best I ever had! cracking effort and keep it on

No such thing as fast food here. We waited 30 minutes to get 3 meals and then a further 15 minutes to get 3 McFlurrys. There were 3 members of staff all trying to look busy and by the time we had finished our ice cream there were more staff than customers.

Monks wood restaurant. McDonald's at Monks Wood claims iconic fast food, what I failed to realise was iconic meant in the past as it took us from order to collection 25 minutes. It was only a wrap and some fries. Not a big order. Back to the leisure park in the future.

Terribly slow service, with crowds of people waiting for food and complaining about how long they've been waiting. I've tried a couple of times since the refurbishment and had to wait over half an hour each time for a simple meal. Burger King down the road always felt slow, but is much faster than this now. I'll be avoiding!

Cold food Missing food Don't answer the phone Staff can't take a simple order Ordered Big Mac meal. Got one burger in the big Mac and no fires Then when you try to call they don't answer the phone. If you phone head office the just give you a voucher. WHY DONT THEY FIX THE PROBLEM!!!!!!! This place is a joke This has got to be the worst McDonalds in the country.

When you ask for a specific item I don’t expect to be told I can only have it in quantity of 20 not 9 or 6. Then they say they will put 6 spicy chicken nuggets into a bag and charge you and then when you get home you have 6 normal ones despite been charged for 6 spicy ones. Not even sure point in writing this as they’re just an absolute joke of a branch of McDonalds and tried to lie and still charge you money.
