"I am very sorry to say this as i try to be positiv and give constructive feedback to businesses however this is one of the worst franchised McDonalds we visited in germany. And they proved this anew with every visit we made. Very rude employees that dont really understand german; sanitary rooms straight from hell; constantly mistaken orders; no one really respecting corona regulations, bad customerservice....name a fast-food-cliche and you will certainly find it here. The place needs some sort of reboot."

too late, annoying when you have lunch break and you have to keep it. by phone, as compensation should be paid a dessert of delivery, nix was impossible!

I enjoy eating at this McDonald's very much. Great choice of food (Inc. Hot dogs, potato sticks and hot wings) , good deals with coupons. Table service and you get food really fast. I recommend you trying out the place.

If you’re having a perfectly wonderful day and are looking for a fool proof way to have it ruined, this is the place to be. Staff are rude, inefficient, will often have very poor command of German or English and don’t necessarily give you a sense of overt confidence when it comes to hygiene either. I just got shouted at for asking how to order felt a little bullied. Nuff said.
