here wait a work colleague over 15 minutes after the order packed with men waiting for deliveries ie supply cold latte and the new Xmas drink no chips about 10 people work and no person on the floor I don't want to be back here. Voir le carte

**** McDonalds. The restaurant was full of staff and almost zero customers. I had to wait 28 minutes to get a big mac meal. The priority is to uber eats before regular customers. Its disgusting and they call it fast food. I have had pizza...hut faster than that. Never again!

went in to said mcdonal's yesterday am (24 apr) for my breafast of a dbl sausage egg mc muffin meal had to wait for 25 mins before i called to member of staff to serve me and when i got the meal the sausage patties...were greasy as hell which led to me having a upset stomach all day yesterday

came here for a double cheeseburger and a coffee, ordered fine, but then wait half an hour? thought they caught a animal back there. no good administration, they feel bad for the teenagers working here. when I complained about cold. food and ruth were fast to say they will call the police if I don't get away. We went in for a quick convenient dinner for our little one, before food shopping. Waiting half hour for our food. After 25 mins my husband chased it up and was told they would get it done now. The food was cold unsurprisingly and they...had forgotten the food bag we ordered, straws and napkins, we didn't bother wasting even more time requesting these, as the queue was already huge. This coupled with the groups of intimidating teenagers and loud homeless people using the ports to charge things, made for a poor experience. It is abundantly clear that the drive through, walk in and online orders are simply too much for this branch to manage. Will think twice before visiting again.

Using the drive thru on 16.6.21. No one else using the terminals. No queues. Mostly empty car park (mid afternoon on a very hot day). Hand printed signs stuck all over the ordering terminal, saying they had run out of various products. Waited a while and nobody...spoke through the speaker, so I drove to the payment window to place my order that way. Young women asked me why I hadn’t used the ordering terminal to place order, so I explained, to which she replied; ‘well you should have waited. I’ll do it this time’. I further explained my reasoning, in that I wasn’t even sure the outlet was open, to which she replied, ‘you were only there for 30 seconds’. Customer service is her line of work y...

What an absolutely bad McDonalds I have never experienced such bad customer service. We had ordered a family meal for 4 people and it wasn't a massive order. We were told to wait over there no indication of which bay to park in by manager...who was doing our drinks. The diet coke and normal coke tasted disgusting basically like mixture of drinks all put together it was nasty but we were literally so thirsty from a long drive. We parked up to bay 1 and we were there for over 20 mins my husband got out of car to check when our order was coming. A Chinese woman who woked there who I never caught the name of told us we had to wait and that she was all by herself and that everyone is complaining.... Voir le carte
