Mcdonald's - Carte

Food arrived totally cold. Simply shocking. I will not be using Uber again. However, the fault is clearly with the restaurant Very poor!!

Absolutely useless place no pancakes in stock . Asked for ketchup no ketchup in stock . Went evening before no ice cream or milk shakes place getting worse

The service here is awful. Staff clearly not trained. Slow assembly of orders with food sitting on the side. Order wrong! Food cold! Staff are rude and unapologetic. We waited over over 25 minutes for food. Poorly managed team. Not fast food. Not recommended. Voir le carte

It's the usual story, went through the drive through, ordered 4 meals, given a large bag and told it was all there. Got home half of it was either missing or wrong. Try to complain and no one gives a ..... Complete waste of time and money. First visit to one of these places in over a year, vowed last time if never return, think I've learnt my lesson now

Ordered food at 2319, not a complicated order. Took 40 minutes for me to collect it, the store was not busy and by the time food came out it was cold. It had been sitting on the side for at least 10 minuets and the staff were unhelpful and rude. A friend of mine left without getting served due to waiting over an hour for a chicken select meal. Would not recommend this store whatsoever.

I normally don't write reviews but on this occasion I was thoroughly impressed! I was given a diet drink instead of full fat and when asked the guy changed it for me. I was anxious to ask and sitting with a 2 year old I couldn't leave him alone. The gentleman (a young lad with quite long curly hair I sadly didn't catch his name) was happy to approach when I called him and nothing was any bother! Thank you, and for the bigger drink upgrade! Well we went there after a long day driving as we were staying at the nearby Premier Inn. Wish I'd seen the other reviews before going. Food was bland, yes it's a McDonalds but still I've had better. The most annoying thing was the staff member cleaning next to us and bumping into us throwing dust up in the air and spraying over our food... I get it that tables and floors need to be cleaned but close an area off if need be. This total disregard for customers eating there was mind blowing....

I orded 3 pound mcmuffin with sausage an egg 15mins pass… Still waiting, i decide to ask and confirm if my food is being made, they said on there way 5-7mins pass. Still waiting… my dad comes in the shop an says we havent got long, come on. then we go to counter an ask the final time. The mcmuffin got made in about 3mins. This is a message to everyone CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE MCCONALDS, I open the mcmuffin i get no sausage, no bacon Just egg an bunn for 3 pound and a bit and 20mins of standing for 1 mcmuffin onky realised there was no sauage or bacon when i got to the car i was hungry so did not bother going back in an complaining so ended up eating it.

Orbital park 28/5/23 9.30pm.Spend 16.50 minutes sitting opposite the counter awaiting for our order. Was rather an eye opener watching the going on. The kids running loose in the kitchen, one lad mopping the floor by scatting around on the mop head. Long waits for food, orders being messed up and customers coming back to complain and get order right. One lady come I’m to speak to the manager why she had been waiting so long for the other half of here bay order.
