"I visited this restaurant for the second time in a month and encountered some issues. I was looking for a quick pit stop and chose the drive-thru, but it turned out to be a big mistake. It took 15 minutes to place my order and around 3 minutes to pay. However, when I went to collect my food, it wasn't ready. I was asked to wait in the bay outside for an additional 5 minutes before I went in to check on my order. My food was just being bagged up when I arrived. I went back to my car only to realize that some items were missing. The management at this restaurant really needs a major overhaul."

Awful service from rude staff. It’s never very good but now even worse.I don’t mind if they are not serving an item today but please be polite.

Food was hot, fresh and fast. All staff lovely and presentable. Location is fantastic with great scenery. Good pit stop if you are on a day out like we was.

Kept waiting for nearly 18 minutes by which time the McFlurries had melted and the woman who appeared to be in charge was rude and nonchalant. Definitely wouldn’t recommend or be going back

If you don't mind cold fries, closing early, not open 24 hours as they state, rude staff and wrong orders this is the place for you! It's a joke really, worst run McDonalds with poorly trained staff I've ever come across! Voir le carte

Why do your staff not get trained in customer service and learn manners. Smiling and saying thank you does not come at a cost! Very disappointed! Please make some changes that will change my decision about returning. A response would be very much appreciated. Thanks.

We were the first customers, and then 2 other cars turned up in the next lane who promptly got served whilst we were asked to wait. We asked to speak to the manager who gave us a **** and bull reason about “ the employer taking payments!” Another manager turned and both refused to give their names!…. I wonder why….. Avoid unless you want to be discriminated against.

Once again, we came to mc Donald’s and drove from home which is a 15 minutes drive. We ordered our food and ONCE again, half of our order was missing. This isn’t good enough. Also, a staff member was rude towards me. I’m not going to name and shame her but it was rude and I find this extremely hard to believe when the service was poor as it is. The amount of times we have been to this mc Donald’s as it’s the closest to us, and we have had to drive 15 minutes back is appalling. Sort it out! Voir le carte

I am at a loss for words at how dirty this restaurant was. I was absolutely horrified by the cleanliness - or lack thereof. I had to grab napkins and table spray to clean the table myself, and don't even get me started on the bins, floors, and seats. Who is in charge here? The manager needs to address this immediately. There is no excuse for such poor hygiene, especially when everything is made of easily cleanable plastic. It's disgraceful for a well-known organization to let their establishment be in such a state.

I have lived near McDonald's in Clitheroe/Barrow for all my life. Unfortunately, I have had to go back and collect missing items that they have forgotten numerous times. Today, they forgot my Fillet-O-Fish, which is one of the most expensive items on the menu at nearly £4. While it may not seem like a big deal, it is frustrating when the main part of my meal is missing almost every time. Additionally, they also forgot to include the chili sauce that I had to pay for. McDonald's, please improve your service because this situation has become unacceptable.

"I wasn't at blueberries with my friends since before covid so it was great to kick through the door and see how busy it is, fortunately I had a table for lunch. there is nothing special vegan on the menu, but they try to place their very hardest, in contrast to some places. I love a jacket kartoffel and choose her beats with various items from the menu, so ordered frying and avocado. katherine, one of the owners and cook came on our table and said she could suggest some other dishes and also vegan cheese if I did not the jacket kartoffel, but if I still did how about the topping of sonbs. what a nice geste and I will visit her on her offer of other options at the next. I noticed that they were able to offer vegan options for their Christmas card and also had two vegan, frozen meals to take away, moussaka and chili. my friends ordered a chicken and specksalat and a fish and chips and both said that eating was delicious with a mention that the chips were the best. my kartoffel was huge, with a lot of topping, served with beautiful salat and quickly grinded. the food is made fresh to order and blueberries is very popular as full it was on a cold Wednesday afternoon. there is also a small marquee on the side of the blueberries, which for those who are brave and sitting the weather and of course adds extra space. I really can't knock blueberries, they may not have vegan options (although a cake would be nice and I need to ask if they have plant milk as I always have my own. but they will always try to eat rusty something satisfying and with announcing can something like a vegan hotpot that I had before, what was brilliant."
