Queue times are so obscene that today I literally saw someone in the queue in front of me faint from standing for too long.

service takes a long time, very slow, always an average wait of 30 minutes, they should think about offering electronic service like many others.

The toilets for mothers and disabled people are not very clean. People without a child or disability use it also,the queue is longer than it should be.

Probably the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I waited 15 minutes to be served before being told that the cashier was closing, then a further 10 to actually order. This is ridiculous. And you can’t order through the app/digital menu either.

When I opened my double Big Mac it was a mess. It slid everywhere. What a mess. I rearranged it myself. Fries were soft. Wasn’t very enjoyable. Best thing about the meal was the drink. Coke. When you’re box ends up look like this you know it it was sliding meal.
