Had the manager, telling some poor young employee about changing fryer oil and stuff loud enough for all to hear. Have some professionalism.

Good generally. We received 2 medium fries that had massively different amounts of fries in each and smoothie which was only two thirds full, but were given another free of charge when we asked for it to be topped up. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £1–10 Voir le carte

Staff were brilliant and helpful. Staff made the children also feel welcome giving them activity sets and making sure everybody had one even my little one who's 18 months. Fast service Parking: Loads of space Kid-friendliness: Very friendly to all families Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

While I was ordering our food, my family was at a table and soon approached by someone (I assume the manager) who spent time chatting to them, asking where we were from and just generally welcoming us at the start of our short visit. She seemed to know everyone, and was interacting with customers left and right. We were just stopping for dinner before a long journey and thought her kindness and attention made the place stand out. People can make or break an experience, even at an everyday location like a McDonald 's and she made it for us. Thanks for the unexpected, but appreciated, welcome.

Ate a breakfast with my family as we were travelling by this place. I looked at my app and it said a load of points would be expiring very soon. So I tried to order something and the app was very slow. I asked for help and a nice lady cleaning the tables said a girl behind the counter would help me. The app sent a code and the girl scanned it, it linked to the till but said waiting for connection. I explained I would loose a lot of points if I didn't use it and it was clearly on there. She saw what was ordered and that it was to that store, however Instead of trying to help me the girl shrugged her shoulders as if to say oh well! What happened to kind customer service.
