McDonald's - Carte

We stopped for a quick meal on our way home, but found ourselves blocked in the disabled parking bay by Uber Eats drivers in front and behind us. It may have been better to just stay home and order Uber Eats instead.

Ordered a cheese sharer box, box said cheese sharer and receipt said so, when it arrived it was chicken dippers.when we called them we were offered a complimentary desert when we visit Next unfortunately we don't visit cos don't drive.

All the staff were really nice, food not bad for a McDonald's, then an employee called Molly decided to put mayo on my burger even though she knew i was allergic! I could have died! She also has brown foundation stains all over her arm,...so unprofessional! Voir le carte

I have visited this restaurant several times and I am always welcomed with a friendly smile. The staff are very friendly and polite. The food is consistently good and the interior is very clean. The drive-thru service is always quick. The value for money is great and I would definitely recommend it.

This mcdonalds in cradley has got to be the worst for getting orders wrong, everytime place an order and something is missing this morning ordered my breakfast and added a hash brown missing, took the money as on reciept but no extra hash brown, ****...my order no i travel all over the uk and this is the worst for getting things wrong

Went yesterday for the first time in ages. Won't be going back. Car parking facilities were limited even before Was told in no uncertain terms that I couldn't stay on the car park and eat my food!??? Security think they're running the country. Us...Key Workers have gone back to being treated just like dirt; I knew it wouldn't last! Food was cold when I eventually got to eat it. Voir le carte

Went to drive through this evening only to get home to find I had the wrong order. Drove back again and asked for the correct order, this time when I get home to eat the apparently freshly prepared food the fries were stone cold and...the salad was hot and soggy- absolutely gross and unable to eat it! Waste of time and waste of money! Will not be eating McDonald's ever again!!!

I know my expectations should be low and they were but even so, this place is dire. I only wish I’d taken a photo to post. Went drive through, it was late and just wanted something fast. Had a frie before I left the car...park, already cold. The burger (veggie) was pathetic pieces (goujons) the size of chicken nuggets, a pinch of shredded lettuce and overall the ‘burger’ was as flat as a pancake, talk about trade descriptions. The only saving grace was the milkshake. Never again will I waste over a fiver on this ****.

Firstly, this restaurant is in Halesowen, not Cradley as stated in the TA title. There is a Macdonalds in Cradley, (Park Lane), which may add to the confusion. This one sits just outside Halesowen town centre. My wife and I visited on the November,...to eat in. We enjoyed a nice meal, but the main reason for posting this review is because of the caring attitudes and professionalism of the staff, particularly Lisa and Matt. The commitment and commonsense they displayed would put to shame some of the posher' places we have visited in the last few months.
