Great food Menu contains details about each dish and if it has gluten or milk or nuts. The tables and the restaurant is not big! Anyway the food is very tasty!

Very friendly staff in this tucked away restaurant, close to the hussle and bussle of Oxford Street but not enough to be disturbed by it, helped because you have to go down some steps to access it. The food is delicious, and the staff very attentive. There was promise of some great entertainment later into the evening (Saturday night) but we were not able to stay on for that.

The restaurant was extremely chilly, and the service was incredibly sluggish and disorganized. Despite the tables being occupied, there was an insufficient number of wait staff to attend to everyone promptly. Additionally, there was one staff member who was exceptionally impolite and created an unpleasant atmosphere. The food was decent and the entertainment was satisfactory. My group of 6 made a reservation and I noted that only parties of 8 or more were required to order the £40 set menu. However, upon arriving at the restaurant, we were told that the set menu applied to parties of 6 or more. Despite my explanation, the waiter and manager were unhelpful and dismissive. After showing them the email booking stating the policy, they finally agreed but the Manager's attitude left us all feeling disappointed. The dispute and slow service made us feel unwelcome and ruined the evening. We would not recommend this restaurant after this negative experience.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. Firstly, they did not have my reservation from OpenTable. Secondly, I was seated at a bad table near the kitchen even though there were other options available because I did not choose the Valentine's set menu. Thirdly, the most disappointing part was that my wife received a meat dish instead of the vegetarian dish we had ordered. Despite confirming with the waitress, they still got the order wrong. My wife, who has never eaten meat before, took a bite of the meal she was served, which ruined our evening. Additionally, our drink order was mixed up and we were given the wrong drinks.
