The food in the restaurant was delicious and the service was exceptional. I really enjoyed the Chocolate mousse and the Steak was melt it the mouth.

Had the steak offer really overrated and with the ‘meal voucher’ it still cost 120+ for 2!!! Much much better places for food in london! Vibe was pretty awks/waitress was rude to the waitress’s she was teaching. If you want somewhere ‘nice’ there is much nicer places

We were bought a voucher for Christmas and have the 5 course meal with a cocktail. I upgraded to the rib eye and added some chips. The service was excellent by our waitress Elisa and the manager Liam was so helpful. They bought my wife out a lovely touch with her desert and gave her an apron . Lovely meal and steak was perfect. Only downside was finding out that our food wasn't completely covered and we had to pay £30 for sides between the 2 of us. Also the bottles of wine started at a very high price and we paid £6 for a bottle of water. What we thought was a Christmas treat from our parents turned out to be a £75 bill even after the voucher was used. This is very misleading.

Came on an experience voucher for a late lunch, pre show. We were warmly greeted and I liked the way they knew the experience we had booked and didn't need any extra details or the voucher hard copy. Good selection on the menu to choose from for our 3 courses. The beef bourguignon and ribeye steak (with a surcharge) were super tasty and plentiful. Lemon posset was delicious. Expected extra payment for sides and service. Excellent, attentive service and super all round. Would recommend.

We went for a 5-course taster meal with welcome drink bought for us as a present by our daughter and greatly enjoyed most of the courses. Service was attentive and personal, and the restaurant had no qualms about swapping a dessert course for a speciality tea due to ine of us being full. Convenient location from Liverpool St and we would definitely re-visit. Main courses were especially tasty, food was not overly salty, only the salmon on bread course lacked pizazz and was a bit basic. The London steak house falls short of the hyped up virgin experience description and is not worth the price. Service was slow, with a 20 minute wait at the bar and a late seating. The five-course meal does not include the steak, which is an additional charge. Be wary of the non-refundable surcharge for weekend bookings. The salmon blini was not fresh, and the apple pie/crumble dessert seemed microwaved. The kipper pate appeared to be taken directly from the fridge. Overall, the food was disappointing and when brought to the waiter's attention, he dismissed it, stating that management does not care about customer complaints.

I went to the London Steakhouse with my boyfriend as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately, he asked for his steak to be cooked medium rare which he never received. The waiter was really kind and helpful in returning the steak to be cooked again (it went back twice before the waiter suggested he choose another dish). I would say that my steak (also medium rare) was cooked perfectly first time round but it meant that I ate my meal and finished it before my boyfriend got his. It was a shame as I imagined being a steakhouse that they would rarely get the cooking of the steak wrong. Me my boyfriend booked a trip to London for my birthday. We had booked this restaurant as a part of the Virgin Experience offer. First impressions of the restaurant were that staff were attentive with taking our coats and hanging them up ect although shortly after we were shown to our seats our impressions changed. The man who was waiting our table was an extremely rude and arrogant man. We are young adults and both of us fussy with our appetites.
