Sono stata velatamente accusata di aver messo la carta di un tappo nel mio gin tonic… cosa che non mi ha divertita sul momento, ma per il resto è stata una cena perfetta.

4 star hotel but for the care and service it could easily have 5! The massages in the SPA with Olena were miraculous, top marks. Congratulations to Nicoletta and Alessandro who are really in managing everything! Well done.

A beautiful hotel with luxurious rooms and direct piste access. A stay here would always be fantastic but what really makes it stand out is the service. The owners and staff were absolutely amazing and really made this a trip I will always remember. We will definitely be back!

the hotel is located in cervinia. all aspekte des hotels were absolutely amazing. the location is perfect and leads directly to the pisten. they do not even have to go to the city, as the owner alesandro will take them at night or day! nicoletta alessandro (owners) will go beyond and beyond to ensure that their stay is perfect. the other person (all restoreable) is called at its back and call. they recommend great places in the city, bookable for them and offer all service with a smile. the spa is a unique world that looks absolutely amazing on the inside and the jacuzzi has a look at the cervinia valley. the design of the hotel is unbelievable from the ski area to the restaurator. Ho pranzato in questo ristorante con mio marito e i miei tre figli. Esperienza sublime. Locale, accogliente, raffinato, elegante, enorme vetrata con vista pazzesca. Accorgimenti speciali per i miei bambini, addirittura sapendo che avevamo una bimba piccola al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato apparecchiato anche per lei(sembrava di essere a casa)... Tovaglietta, piattini, bicchiere e posate adatte ai più piccoli... Mai avuto un accoglienza così . La proprietaria in due secondi ha accontentato i due bambini più grandi, cotoletta hamburger e patatine fritte, e per noi un tomahawk con verdure grigliate (divino) accompagnato da un ottimo vino locale.
