"We were there for a dinner with my girlfriend, as recomendation of one of top 3 restaurants in Ostia. We came at 19:15 without reservation, 15 min before opening. Waiter told us, there is no problem and he will prepare a table for two in 2 min. After 25 mins at 19:40 10 min after opening they gave us a table. Waiter was nice, we made order in 10 min, as a starter we asked for fried squid and prawns and as a main course my girlfriend get gnocchi with sea bass and i asked for linguine with lobster. She asked for a limoncello spritz, they made it for her without problem even that they did not have it in menu. After maybe 15 min we get starter. We finished in 10 mins and the waiting begins.. Restaurant started getting busy we were one of two tables at the beginning and we sat there with dirty dishes 40 minutes. Everybody walked around us, checking our table with eyes all the time, but nobody cares.. So we decide to put all four plates on top of each other to maximize potential of someone to realize we were done with starter. Finally one of waitresses took our plates when she was passing by with stuff from other tables.. After more than 1 hour of waiting, my girlfriend asked the waiter, if everything is ok with our order and pointed out that we are still waiting over 1h for our course. His reply was just i will check it and then he leaves. In between, an another table was served with lobster linguine next to us they came maybe 40 minutes after us .. Finally, we saw waiter with our meal. First they served food and then they brought cutlery.. Gnochi with sea bass were 2/10, two points just for homemade gnocchi, almost no fish, no taste, no pomodoro.. I get half lobster but without any scissors or lobster tongs.. So i was waiting again.. I started to eat it anyway, i fing a crackling on the claw so i tried to open it with fork and knife, maybe it should be eaten like this in Italy.. Nope, it ended up like i was thought it would.. Dirty table, dirty tshirt, cold linguine.. I asked for tongs, that time i was already upset.. Lobster was good, linguine nothing special, lets say 6/10. We wanted also desserts, but after 2,5h in this restaurant we decided to pay and just leave.. Nobody asked if we are ok, if the food is ok, if we need something.. Nothing.. For a whole time we were there. I was trying to reach our waiter for the bill, which ended up by me going inside to pay. There was nice lady, finally someone asked about our experience. We told her about extreme waiting, lobster etc. She than called our waiter, who just by walking around us said, im sorry, i already told you no , it was late beacause other table had same pasta ???? . We both work in gastronomy for many years and i hate making a scene in restaurant like this, but i think, as a tourist, who most likely never come back, we worth nothing to them and they just dont care. So unless you are not italian, dont go there, its just view trap for tourists"

un bel ristorante con vista mare, mi è piaciuto cenare qui, una bella scoperta. buon cibo, prezzi giusti. Tornerò sicuramente! Consiglio i ravioli, mi è piaciuto molto.

mamaflo' è un ristorante sul lungomare. ottimi antipasti: Suggerisco l'immaginazione del mare (nella foto) o il fresco e assortito crudo. il personale è molto gentile, l'ambiente è accogliente e super igienizzato. Il pranzo a mamaflo' vicino al mare ti fa sentire in vacanza.

la location è veramente bella, direttamente sul mare. Pesce di ottima qualità, il crudo è eccezionale, ma anche il resto che abbiamo provato non è stato niente male. Tutto quello che abbiamo preso era ottimo, l'antipasto è veramente degno di nota. Non vedo l'ora di tornare per provare altri piatti. Inoltre tutto lo staff è cortese, attento e disponibile. Esperienza assolutamente da fare... consigliato!

Una location sicuramente molto molto carina sul mare e on una bella veranda. Mangiare sul mare è sempre un piacere. In realtà i piatti non mi hanno entusiasmato troppo, l'antipasto sfizioso ma sapori un po' confusi per me e anche sui primi forse un po' meglio si poteva fare. Buona la frittura che di solito invece risulta dura e unta, qui era freschissima e leggera. Dalle recensioni mi aspettavo qualche cosa in più. Prenotare è obbligatorio. Voir le carte

terrazza sul mare e non solo. prenotazione assolutamente necessaria, in modo che nonostante fosse un giovedì a pranzo siamo riusciti a trovare posto solo a e siamo stati in due. siamo arrivati prima del tempo e ci hanno fatto sedere subito. buona e deliziosa la vecchia maglia anche se con note di già assaggiato nonostante l'ottima presentazione. bene il primo, un po' di spaghetti salati con vongole, anche un po' povero nel piatto. rapporto qualità prezzo da migliorare secondo me con alcune notizie sul vecchio stock e porzioni leggermente più abbondanti, è un servizio più attento. buona qualità del pesce, ecco perché tornerei sicuramente.

We went with local friends during our recent visit to Rome. We made a reservation and when we arrived at the restaurant we were immediately seated at a table right by the Sea, which was fantastic. We were 4 people, but we started out with an order of 2 Seafood Appetizers because our friends knew the quantities were large. The Appetizer consisted of about 8 different plates of things from Calamari to Fish. All were delicious. I ordered the fried Fish and my dish came with 8 medium size fried whole fish, which I was surprised by. However, once I dug in, I found each to be delicious.
