Waitress with too many tables to attend. She was never available to order anything additional… I had to go to the kitchen and ask and get things on my own. At the end she was disappointed and upset when I asked the check for the third time…. Never will go back

The service is very slow, the fondue was compact, the potatoes were not cooked... we sent the fondue back to the kitchen so that it was diluted a little and we waited more than 20 minutes before it came back to normal. our table. Will man etwas Ruhe und den vom Museums und Schlossbesuch müden Füssen etwas Erholung gönnen, so ist die Terrasse ideal dafür geeignet. Man sitzt bei schöner Aussicht etwas ab vom stetigen Touristenstrom. Wir bestellten eins der typischen Plättli mit Käse und Wurst aus der Gegend, ein Gläschen Wein dazu - perfekt. Die nette und freundliche Bedienung tat ein übriges, um den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm zu machen.

Worst experience in Switzerland, unfortunately big tourist trap, we are locals and had a horrible evening, it all starts with dry bread as a starter, we took planchettes which were not bad. Then for the main dish, where to start... a raclette that arrives with almost moldy cheese, a fondue that we do much better at home because it arrives like chewing gum and honestly really inedible. A steak tartare which had no taste and finally rösti arrived honestly inedible. And finally we ask to see a manager we are told that no manager is present and the cook comes to talk to us but especially to insult us.
