"This was our first meal in La Thuile and was a recommendation from the crystal ski rep. We ordered 6 pizzas and 2 portions of fries with a soda each as we had had a long day of travelling. Felt a little ripped off as the pizzas were massive cost €121 for the 6 of us! We got the leftovers in a takeaway box and had them the next night. It’s been our most expensive meal so far!"

"The food was nice but it came at different times. So our table of 5 people never ate at the same time and people were left waiting. At one stage I was eating my starter and my main arrived. Outside seating is nice there is a little playground for younger children. Staff are very friendly. If they sorted out the timing it would be great"

"The property is okay. Room size was not big, but ok for a hotel room. The setup is a bit old. The glass front of the shower was difficult to move and metal parts partially rusted. Beautiful and large garden. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel charged my credit card twice on the 16th and 22nd September, but I only booked and stayed one night from 14 to 15 September. They do not reimburse the unjustified charge that makes me extremely angry. Instead, they literally sent a false statement to Booking.com: On September 20, he called me and told me that he would arrive at my hotel at 8 a.m. and make a reservation without booking.com. He didn't come and I had free space, that night I said no to many people because we were full. The fact is that I have been since the 17th. Sept. in Switzerland and on Monday, 20th Sept., again worked and made it completely inappropriate and illogical that I would have booked a room for another night. It is more than 600 km from the place where I live and work. All this can be proved, but I have received no proof from the booking or the hotel that a second reservation on 20. September, which does not exist. Under these circumstances I do not recommend the hotel. I wouldn't stay back. I wouldn't give them my credit card again. I recommend being very careful about it. I will do everything to get the unjustified second fee back from my credit card. Since I paid 2 nights, but only booked and stayed one night, the price-performance ratio was not ok."
