There are two seating areas, either out the front, if you want to be seen, or inside if you prefer a quieter setting, which we chose and it was perfect. Servers were very knowledgeable and the Thali's were some of the best we have had. We frequent this area, so will definitely be back."

We had a lovely time at Madhu. The service was great and the food was good. Staff were knowledgeable about the menu and it was a lovely birthday treat for my mum yesterday.

I was disappointed with my experience at Madhu’s. There were missing items, like salt, and they didn’t offer any replacements or take the cost off the bill. I expected much more from such a reputable restaurant. The staff seemed rushed, even though the restaurant wasn't busy. The food and drinks were of reasonable quality, but overall, it didn’t meet my expectations.

Excellent Indian food inside Harvey Nicols, very glittering department store just in front of extra luxury Mandarin Oriental Hotel. It's located on 5th (top) floor. furniture is nice and contemporary but the restaurant could be more intimate if better divided from the retail area. It appears very cheap but as we ordered more than one plate at the end was quite expensive. Overall good and suggested.
