"Zufällig entdeckt und mit UberEats nach Hause geliefert. Das Riesen-Cordonbleu (Schwein) mit 300g deklariert kam mit 520g auf meinen Tisch. Sehr lecker und trotz Transport warm und knusprig angekommen. Auch der Salat dazu reichhaltig, frisch und knackig mit 2 Saucen. Ich bin sehr positiv überrascht. Komme gern mal vorbei wenn C19 dies wieder zulässt. Vielen Dank, macht weiter so."

"Sehr gemütliches Restaurant, Personal war sehr nett. Wir hatten Rindsfilet mit Pommery Senfsauce, das Fleisch war perfekt, die Senfsauce sehr lecker (51Sfr). Zur Vorspeise hatte meine Frau Pata Negra, zu unserem Erstaunen sehr grosse Portion, der Papaya Salad, mit Crevetten für meinen Sohn war ihm ein bisschen zu würzig, mir hat er aber extrem gut geschmeckt. Jedoch hatte uns der Kellner darauf aufmerksam gemacht das er ein bisschen scharf ist. Die Black Tiger Crevetten mit schwarzem Reis waren ebenfalls köstlich. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert. Relativ teuer aber ich denke gerechtfertigt."

"Obwohl sämtliche Tische reserviert waren, ein unglaublicher Lärm (wegen der sehr vielen Gäste) herrschte, kam unser Essen rasch, der Service war speditiv und freundlich. Das Essen war gut und im oberen Preissegment. Es gibt eine grosse, gute Weinauswahl. Dadurch dass das Restaurant sehr voll und sehr lärmig war haben wir uns nicht sehr wohl gefühlt und werden das Roessli ein nächstes Mal unter der Woche besuchen."

"We have reserved for 7 adults and 2 small children. Unfortunately there were no child seats available. We asked and, a little annoyed, the waitress brought us a children's chair. When the waitress asked if we already knew what we wanted, not everyone had decided yet. After a short while she walked past our table and said that we should order now, otherwise she would be stressed. Of course we knew what we wanted and ordered uncomplicated, salad and pizza. But I told her that we actually wanted to enjoy a relaxing evening with a delicious meal. We ordered another bottle of St. Saphorin, which apparently they only had warm, so we had to change the white wine. The salad came, unfortunately one was forgotten. Mixed salad for 11.50 never again is never worth it The pizzas reached our table. Unfortunately another one was forgotten Quality of the pizza is great The dessert was also very tasty and nothing went wrong with this course. The children were spoiled by the boss. Whether we will bring the next CHF 500 back to the Schmitte remains uncertain for us "

"we were full of anticipation at the restaurant yesterday. in the same house is also a gourmet restaurant. our plan was before we got a menu for about fr. 160.00 enjoy, first try the other restaurant in the same house.Leider we were completely disappointed! the dining room is very narrow and cobbled, 6 people share a table. Well, well, we thought, will be cozy and also good.Leider found disappointing:Service is a catastrophe. 3 people who served us alternately understand very badly German. this is just a little bit stupid if we have to repeat everything 3x and if you ask, there are no comments at all. small example: teller are removed wordless, dessert card simply pressed into the hands without comment, it was never asked for more drinks, brot not filled up, each teller was always handed over the table and always stood on a person's feet like you can't serve from the gas side? in a mountain hut completely ok and normal. but in a restaurant where we have eaten too two for about 150.00, something funny.Quality of eating ok, but also not anymore. salat as an appetizer with smoked fleich for fr. 21.00 was tasteless, not spectacular, a few rolled meat pieces on it and quikoresalat. easy, but no surprise. also naja and faad. with the specially ordered salt and pepper it was better.Also the Kalbs-CordonBleu was good, nicely salted, small portion for proud price.Rinds-Tartare was ok but gave to many other places already better.Dessert was best with a distance! Thanks for this and so the evening still understands something. only so we can finally form a formation."
