Lucca Pizza Pasta Bar

Tasty pizza, lovely wine, pleasant ambiance, cosy, prompt service. Good value for money. Veggie options (which aren't abundant in cologne). Would recommend.

Arrived about 2.30pm and got a table outside. We had pizza, pasta and a Greek salad between us. All the food was really good. The house wine was great and good value. Staff were pleasant enough. Good place - would recommend.

This is a popular little restaurant right off the main shopping area. Service is functional but the pizza's great; they even swap out toppings. Shame they don't do a little portion for children. About €10 euros per head for food only.

Apart from the robbery I suffered being asked € 3.90 for a sparkly glass of water, atmosphere is cold, uncomfortable sits, horrible background music, bad smell, depressing room lightening. Don't ever try this place out, unless you are a crazy one.

I have visited Cologne each May for the last three years as my daughter dances there.I found this little bar/pizzeria on my first visit and I have yet to find a better place to spend a couple of hours with a Pizza and a few beers while my wife and daughter "Do" the shops.

We have been today! It is a really italian restaurant. It is not really big,and when we went in it was full!! The food is nice as well. The staff ( a man and a lady) where nice also.I don't know how to explain myself but I live in London, and normally no many restaurant surprise me , so to find a place with so much magic is amazing !!! We found the restaurant down a side street off the main shopping area and thought we would check it out.The interior looks a little tired and the host was on his phone constantly however after walking round the city all day we decided to stay.The food we ordered was quick to arrive and both the pasta and the pizza dishes we ordered where delicious. Unfortunately the resturant had some flies buzzing around us which didn't make for a relaxing meal, instead we had to bat them away whilst eating. I would have given it a higher rating, because it does deserve so in respect of taste and welcoming.But the menu is so short (not limited), the place so casual (yet Cousy), the staff so chilled (but friendly); so they deserve a full 5 star rating that they can't have ... if you get my drift?The meine offers a good selection of Appetizers including one soup, which was a great joy, then either pizzas or pastas the last comes in only two forms; spaghetti or penne, but all pastas can be ordered in one of these forms ... that's it!This made our menu selection the easiest and fastest every while the food was great especially with their seriously spicy and hot chili oil.A must tryout local-eaters P...

Apart from this: It's a small place, offering large portions of food at very reasonable prices. Of course it is not haute cuisine, but you would not expect it either with dishes below 10 EUR each! It's location in a parallel street to the busy Hohe Straße (pedestrian zone, ideal for a shopping marathon) makes it a wonderful place for a short lunch break.
