"Di passaggio da Altamura, abbiamo pensato di fermarci in questo posto per il pranzo, anche per assaporare il famoso pane locale. Il ristorante è un posto distinto ed elegante; la collocazione dei vini sulle mensole, posizionate lungo le pareti laterali della sala, è estremamente scenografica. Abbiamo ordinato le orecchiette con pomodorini, rucola e cacio; i tagliolini con crema di zucchine ed una bistecca. È stato tutto di nostro gradimento. Nell'attesa dell'arrivo del nostro ordine, poi, sono state servite delle bruschette accompagnate da alcune mozzarelline locali (l'impiattamento era veramente da ammirare). È doveroso, però, dedicare la nota finale al personale. Siamo stati serviti da un uomo (credo fosse il proprietario) estremamente cortese, gentile, cordiale, simpatico che ci ha saputi anche consigliare in merito alla scelta del vino. La sua presenza ha arricchito la nostra permanenza nel locale ed ha rallegrato il nostro pranzo! Quando passeremo da Altamura, sicuramente torneremo in questo meraviglioso ristorante!"

"LA GARANZIA DELL'ESPERIENZA! Location nuova e pulita, ma frequentata solo al chiuso. 3* con riserva di rivederci nel bel giardino all'aperto. Il servizio veloce, attento e puntuale guida e segue il pasto in maniera eccellente. 4* Cucina ottima... una delle migliori pizze sulla piazza frutto dell'esperienza pluridecennale nel settore dove i profumi della Murgia la fanno da padrone! Ottima la carne e buoni i fritti. 5* Conto adeguatissimo alla qualità del prodotto. 5* 5* sulla fiducia con la promessa di rivederci all'aperto. Bravi tutti!"

"I was at the tavern mail with my family. a very welcoming restaurant, the owner already knew because I had occasion to make deliveries of vignettes on behalf of the enoteca f.lli dileo I never went to lunch but at the request of my daughters we went the day of the palms and we will return the day of Easter. last domemica we ate appetizer of the house as before we chose the pasta and artichokes very good x according to veal chops and cut with salad and potatoes in the oven then sweet and finally coffee. very kind and helpful staff at any request. is a suitable place for families x anniversary birthday parties and more."

"Cena informale con colleghi, locale scoperto per caso venendo da Bari. Abbiamo trovato ottima qualità in tutto, antipasti di salumi e formaggi buonissimi, buona la frittura, ma le pizze ....FAVOLOSE. Prezzi giusti e ringrazio anche a nome dei colleghi il proprietario che dopo aver saldare il conti si è accorto di aver commesso un errore di battitura e ci ha chiamati mentre andavamo via per restituirci la cifra pagata in più..... Correttissimo"

"So, we went to Altamura for the day to check out the Medieval festival. We got on the train from Matera and had a 20 minute walk from the station into the town centre and it started to rain. We looked around and everywhere looked closed but we spotted a sign for this place in the Latino quarter and decided to give it a try. At first, we thought this place was closed but it was raining very heavily so we went in. Once inside, we were met by a lovely waitress who was speaking to us in Italian (thankfully my mate speaks Italian), but as soon as she realised we were English she began to speak in English. She was very friendly and recommended the club classico sandwiches. We got some antipasto (cheese and meats) and potatoes with rosemary and bits of bacon to start, which was delicious. I don't really like wine but I have to say the wine we got was really nice and they have a reasonable selection of imported beers too. By the time we'd eaten the antipasto I was already pretty full and then the club sandwiches arrived. They were huge and full of chicken, ham, tomatoes,etc. Really filling! The atmosphere in the place was really chilled and they were playing loads of classic motown songs in the background, which for me was perfect. It's a really friendly place. The staff were always smiling and it's a good place for families too. There was a couple with their 2 children (probably about 2 years old) who were being well looked after as well. Between me and my friend, it cost about 47 euros for antipasto, rosemary potatoes, 2 club classico sandwiches, water, a beer, a bottle of white wine and 2 coffees. Absolute bargain. We had a great meal in a nice and friendly atmosphere with very friendly and happy staff. Also, when we left, the sun had come back out and the festival was up and running again. Only drawback, when we were looking at the menu, it didn't look like they served pasta."
