"14. Okay. We (3 of us stopped for lunch to have the Pausa Pranzo. A friend had just been for lunch and very recommended we go. He was right! Lunch was fabulously fresh, tasty and very good for quality, presentation and service. We enjoyed a very beautiful Greco di Tufo (recommended by Giuseppe and had a beautiful view of the valley while eating on the terrace. Very recommended! Oct 15 Lunch was so good on the 14th, we decided to take some other friends and back for dinner. It was exquisite! Chef Angelo was amazing. We had made Cacio e Pepe on the table and enjoyed multi-course cooking tasting. The soup, the pasta, the duck, the potato croquettes with black truffles, the desserts everything was fantastic! We look forward to our next visit."

Esperienza da suggerire. Sono stato in un giorno di agosto inoltrato a pranzo. Passato qualche gg ho ancora la sensazione piacevole di gusto nel palato. Accostamenti gastronomici azzeccati a 360 gradi, menu, vini, olii, pane. Inizio deliberatamente dall'ultimo elemento, il conto discretamente alto, ma dato lo stile e il livello di qualità e servizio può anche rimanere. Per il resto ottima preparazione, prodotti di qualità servizio professionale. A mio parere l'uovo croccante che ahimè non poteva assaggiare con il tartufo bianco, non era il periodo, e i dolci finali. Ritornerò ordinando meno piatti

Dopo diversi anni sono ritornato. Ho ri-attraversato una splendida terrazza affacciata su tutta la valle Telesina. Gli interni sono rimasti luminosi, rasserenanti: gradevolissimi. L'accoglienza riservataci è stata impeccabile. Gli ingredienti delle preparazioni sono di primissima scelta, accostati con ricercatezza e sapienza, a volte insoliti e, devo dire, la presentazione delle portate sono dei piccoli capolavori. Personalmente rilevo ulteriormente migliorata la qualità rispetto all'ultima volta. I dolci confermano l'alto livello qualitativo. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consiglio vivamente.
