"struggled to find decent vegan/vegetarian food while here. totally understandable in many ways but this place is utterly brilliant. top top quality food, regardless that it's vegetarian/vegan. the depth of flavours were incredible as was the attention to detail with each dish and the fresh simplicity. they say there's no bad food in sicily just lots of it can be mediocre. there's no denying that there isn't an abundance of choice with almost every restaurant offering up a slight variation on a near standard menu. It's like they don't need to try to be different because of footfall but also the amount of tourists. this place was hands down the best place I ate the entire trip. coming from London where vegan food is in abundance these days and top quality this was on par with that and in many ways better. Had the fennel and clementine salad and arincini to start perfect mains carbonara and the buisate utterly wonderful. service was top. prices very reasonable. enjoy!"

Trust me, you don't have to be vegan or vegetarian to appreciate the goodness of the inn's dishes, because whatever you taste will amaze you with the delicacy and genuineness of the flavours, so much so that you won't miss animal proteins. I was lucky enough to ENJOY the VEGAN cuisine of the @locandadeipoetitrapani Healthy and fresh food that I had never eaten SO GOOD Clearly made with LOVE for the product, the territory and the people The staff welcomed and pampered us as if we were part of the family but with the professionalism of a well-managed ethical company I thank @deborahalagna, the incredible chef Marco and the sweet and efficient Melina for the wonderful experience.
