We always come here and the service is great. Food is good too and always timely. Ali the manager is very nice and even asked if everything was fine. Would recommend

I went to this shop on and received a very good service. Manager Ali was very friendly and helpful. Neelam served me with a smile and was very helpful. The food was lovely and well prepared with favourable prices. I will visit again when in West Bromwich. Thank you for a lovely experience

Slow service. I will not buy anything from them again. Want there at pm it was not busy. I asked for slices of readymade cakes. It took them minutes to packed it. After minutes they didn’t pack ice cream. I had to leave without taking those. I have told them, I was in rush several times but they didn’t bother to give me better service. Voir le carte

Terrible slow, rude Unprofessional service, ordered desserts after waiting minutes to be served as staff did not know what they were doing, do not accept card, change given in minutes later told did not have waffle ordered, minutes later...desserts arrived with no strawberries, staff said stopped doing strawberries Ordered another dessert to take out which came with strawberries

Untidy, dirty plates on most of the tables as we entered. Crumbs and untidy behind the counter. Disorganised. Had to wait a long time for our food even though there were only tables occupied but the girl did apologise. Ordered apple crumble and custard...waffle which was served without the custard. We had great chocolate desserts and drinks, and a very relax time here. The manager and staffs are friendly and helpful. When I have questions on the receipt, the staff is willing to explain the details to me. The food is very full, especially for girls. Highly recommended for chocolate lovers! :D p.s. For the cream topping there's extra fee, but it's not listed on the menu. It will be better if we can know it from the menu before we made our order. Voir le carte

I am very disappointed, not only did they not complete the order. They didn’t even bring the drinks out. After waiting an hour they said there’s no hot chocolate left. One of my friends didn’t get her dessert whilst the rest of us practically finished....Shop floor overly rowdy Food boxes on the floor in the kitchen area Dirty cake display counter Staff inexperienced, they didn’t know the menu. They didn’t seem like they cared. ‘The gloved one’ cake was stale, felt hard to touch. I don’t regularly give reviews but make a point on really good and very bad experiences. This place is awful, as we went in to the shop it was freezing cold, the toilets were filthy. The table we were seated at kept wobbling as it was broken. We then had to go up to order and then we were told they...are only taking cash. The food came out to us very late and the waffle I ordered was hard and burnt. There no chocolate sauce on the waffle and did not taste edible at all!! It was the worst dessert I have ever eaten! I left the waffle and only drank the milkshake which wasn’t too bad. The quality of service and food was abysmal. I wasted my time and money there and will never go again. I would advise to avoid this place.

The only reason this shop is getting a one it is because I can not give them a zero. Heard a lot about little dessert so thought to treat myself to it. When I arrived at the store, my husband and I waited at the...standing place as indicated on the sign. Which was, wait here if you are eating in or go to the till for takeaway. My husband and I were seen by the shop worker, we made eye contact. Yet we were ignored. I was wearing a white sweater, quite noticeable! Then, my husband and I went up to the til.
