went today, both of girls working did amazing job, best milkshake i ever had and food best presentation : very happy tasted perfect , 10/10 customer service

Very poor service and staff attitudes….shame because the desserts are good, but expensive. No table service and they kept us waiting at the door for a table for ages, when the place was empty. Feels like it’s run by kids.

We went to the little dessert shop for pudding and I would definitely recommend it! The food was so tasty and so pretty! I couldn't eat it all so the lady who worked there gave me two boxes and a pot for my chocolate. The staff were all lovely and our food came quickly. Voir le carte

Although the pancakes and waffles we ate were okay, the service was slow and unsatisfactory. Some items we ordered were missing and we had to remind the staff. Additionally, our coffee was served cold. The male server seemed disinterested, unprofessional, and even walked away while we were speaking to him. We have no intention of coming back to this restaurant.

Visited this shop on 23rd March, previous visits have been awful but I have to say it was amazing this time. The lovely manager from Stoke was in and he just added that magic sparkle to the whole experience! There was a new girl who had just started and she was also really great, even though she didn’t know everything she gave professional service. Big thumbs up. The deserts where to die for and looked amazing too…

This was out first experience of little dessert shop! Took my son at his request. Went not long after they opened. Only one girl there. Seated quickly but then took ages to catch her attention to order as she was out the back. Eventually ordered. Hot chocolate was nice but only just warm. Waffle was delicious and my son was happy but it had no hippo as was stated on the menu. They do however do blue light discount . Would return. Voir le carte

We had an okay experience at this restaurant. We were seated fairly quickly, but then a male employee took over 20 minutes to clean a table while staring at us as we tried to decide what to order. When our food arrived, he seemed to be trying to 'flirt' with us, which made my friend and I very uncomfortable. He continued to walk past our table to 'clean' while constantly staring at us from behind. The food was delicious, but we barely took two bites before feeling too uncomfortable to stay any longer. We ended up leaving without finishing our meal.

The food was okay, but the service was terrible. We waited at the entrance for a long time before finally being seated, only to have menus placed in front of us and the waiter walk away. The menus were dirty with food, which is unacceptable, especially during a pandemic. After waiting for half an hour with no server in sight, we realized we had to place our order. We were the only customers in the restaurant, yet it took another half an hour for our cookie dough and pancakes to arrive. Our drinks came late, and no one checked on us throughout the two-hour meal. I do not recommend dining here.

We have visited in store afew times, picked up once and had delivered x2. Today unfortunately there was a delay in delivery due to driver issues, I had to phone up to find this out as wasn’t informed however the politeness from staff on phone and on delivery made it all better. They gifted us a item too due to the delay which we thought was really nice. We had contact with what I think is the manager (tall, blond ish hair during our last visit and he was extremely friendly, and helpful and i felt like he truly cared about customer experience, not just profit.
