Missed a dish from the meal for 1, rang to resolve and was practically called a liar, saying they made the dish and was put in the bag for delivery. Am now in the process of claiming back my money via just eat. Absolutely terrible customer service. Will never order from here again. From what did turn up was the worst takeaway food I've tasted. I don't normally waist 10 minutes of my time to complain publicly about things. But IV just received a delivery of food for 3 adults and have to say I am deeply disappointed with the quality of food, I normally eat in the Royal kitchen, and clearly there level of standards are much much higher. Food had little ingredients and lacked tast. Very disappointed indeed and safe to say will not be using going forward. Meal type: Dinner
