Tout était parfait et excellent ! Bravo au chef Stéphane Perraud et son équipe. Choix diversifié, finesse des plats, personnel professionnel et très accueillant. Il n'y a que la décoration des murs qui ne me plaît pas. Je recommande vivement ce restaurant.

very sober restaurant with clean decoration reflecting a modern bistro atmosphere, all in the black tone only. widely opened by large glass windows allowing enough light to not be in full black. depending on the time of your arrival you have the choice between 2 menus, lunch and tasting or dinner and tasting, your choice will be in the menu, relatively limited choice compared to the dishes offered. My choice was only on the entrance and the dish of the day, difficult to have a review of the dishes made daily. the presentation of the entrance is clear and neat with a wedding of subtle colors, pretty to the eye and appetizing. the dish, fish, cooking was just, perhaps a slight lack of cooking...

We wanted to book for 8 but were advised that only 7.30 or 9.45 were available. So we went, reluctantly, for 7.30 Throughout the time we were there, only five of many tables were occupied. That sets the tone in terms of service. The food was first class. My wife had ravioli as a starter and I had mackerel. She had the lamb as a main, I had pork. Everything was cooked to perfection. Subtle flavours, beautifully nuanced combinations. Clearly Michelin starred standard. But the service? Oh dear. Most of the serving staff appeared clueless.
