"I visited this restaurant for a business lunch based on a recommendation, and the dining experience was outstanding—from the presentation to the wonderful aromas. I highly recommend both the Orkney scallops and the pan-fried Torbay sea bass. The ambiance of the restaurant is warm and inviting, and the service provided by the entire team was impeccable. Daniel, one of the staff, was absolutely charming. I have no doubt that this talented team and the restaurant as a whole are deserving of a star."

"Wonderful meal on a Saturday evening when we were staying in the area for the first time. A very welcoming atmosphere when we arrived: lots of family groups with children, all clearly enjoying their food. Service was very friendly and efficient. We shared an antipasto platter for a starter all good, and my only regret was that I hadn't ordered a plate of the arancini all to myself. For mains, we had various pasta and pizzas all very good (especially the spaghetti carbonara), and a cut above anything similar that we've had for a long time. For sweets, the tiramisu and affogato tia maria were delicious. Lovely meal, and lovely too to see an independent restaurant so busy and popular."

"We had our first visit to a pub since the lockdown for a proper meal, and I was not disappointed. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. The bubble and squeak starter was beautifully presented, and the Broken Cadry beer was delicious. The garden is lovely, and the interior is just as charming. You might think I gave it 5 stars just because I’d forgotten how nice it is to go out, but that’s not the case. I gave it 5 stars because I couldn’t find a single fault."

"A very nice and modern restaurant with plenty of tables. We dined early and booked a table 5.30pm so it was not busy. The service was excellent and we were greeted in a very friendly manner. The menu is mainly steak and burger based however there are other options. I had a Wagyu burger and my wife a Halloumi burger served with salads. Both dishes were excellent. I could only manage half of mine and was offered a takeaway option which I accepted. Please bear in mind you will pay Beaconsfield prices although I felt that £5 for half a bottle of water was a little steep. Hence I dropped them a star. Overall I would recommend Prime."

"I rang to book and was offered a small table which I said was fine. When we sat down the table next door was vacant and lunch service was coming to an end. About ten minutes after we sat down a staff member sat at the large table and ate her lunch. No big deal but a poor start. We shared a pate which was very good and the rustic breads with olive oil and balsamic. The olive oil was dreadful and the balsamic seemed stuck to the bottom of the dish. Disappointing but again o big deal. I ordered the crab cakes, as soon as the meal arrived I could see I would be disappointed. The crab cake looked like it had been deep fried five times. It was dry and very poor really. My wife had the goats cheese tart with sun dried tomatoes. It looked dry and tired and it was. I think very little care when into both the prep and the service. Its a pretty pub, nice inside, but certainly we would not go again."
