A very pleasing hotel in an excellent location for the modern side of town. The interior, especially the rooms are feeling rather dated and need an overhaul. The staff were extremely helpful and go the extra mile.

Stayed here in 2018 in one of their Level Junior Suite rooms. The room was very spacious with a view of the city. Free alcoholic drinks and tapas every evening from the level lounge. Close to local restaurants and not far from the clubs too. Turn-down service was very nice and you can choose your pillows too.

The staff are super friendly at the reception and restaurants too. The view from the 25 th lounge are is breathtaking. The pool area was good to unwind in and we got lucky with the weather as well. The gym is good enough. All in all had a lovely stay and enjoyed the wine and hospitality. Great memories. Enjoy your stay.

3 night stay for business. Lovely hotel features and great room with a view on Montjuïc. Cleaning was ok but came in late on the day. Next I think it is to be recommended to give some more information on the different services at check in because it was not clear when the sky bar was open for breakfast or if you could go there.

I have read reviews that complain about the rooms, but ours were in order. we had the “Levels” package, which was a beautiful room and a nice breakfast, ok snack area, discount massage and wein hour. the personal is happy to help. a critique: it is far from the old town where tourist want to go. taxi ca. 15 euro per way. Metro only 3 blocks away and easy to use.

Not a 5 star hotel. Reception did not answer the telephone you had to call many times before they answered. There was no water in the showers in the morning. Roomservice staff and house keeping staff does not speak English. It took 2 hours and after many calls to the reception for them to come with a blanket. The hotel has fantastic view and a god lounge, the service level is not 5 star.

in an opposite of remarkable modern buildings is the building of the meliá barcelona sky. it is best to put the eyes on them off the far away. it looks like a part of the building slips out of the main structure and that it would not be long before it just falls. if the intention of the architects of the building was to attract attention, they are remarkable. they look, even if they don't stay in the hotel.

amazing hotel! they expect from a 4/5 star hotel. personal and service are excellent. the swimming pool and the sunbath in the 6th floor is amazing and very cool. the eating bar in the ground floor as the whole hotel looks stunning. I would recommend a room on one of the higher etagens (14-24) with sea view, that is absolutely invaluable! the rooms are super clean and comfortable, soap and shampoo of rituals, beds and kisses very comfortable. our room was finished in the morning so that no waiting for the check-in time! highly recommended!

Great hotel but there’s still room for improvement: central heating only worked for the first 30 seconds. I had the misfortune of being in the city during a very cold unusual week, so I really didn’t appreciate this. the standard breakfast is bland and very poor in options. However, the one they serve on the Level Club floor is absolutely amazing. Had it once and wish I had it every day. there is no guidance for the phone to call reception. Wanted to call the reception but couldn’t find the number. The keys were not labelled. a reason for concern: there was a card inside my room on the table, welcoming another person, which made me think twice if they really did the cleaning thoroughly befor...
