Serveurs roux très arrogants qui criaient et ne nous demandaient pas de changer de table nous étions deux et nous nous asseyons à table pour quatre car beaucoup de tables étaient réservées)

Pleasant service, amazing views, lovely lunch. Odd menu with pictures, if anything this makes it more confusing. We had our dog with us, they noticed straight away and brought water for him. Would recommend.

Ce restaurant offre une vue magnifique sur le lac. Le service était sympathique et assez efficace. La nourriture était assez bonne mais un peu tournée vers les touristes plutôt que vers la vraie cuisine provençale.

It's amazing cafe in such perfect place with unrealistic view on lake) very pleasant staffers, tasty food and very-very tasty and beautiful cocktail))) in a cocktail was a souvenir as a compliment from the restaurant, that made my time here even more enjoyable ))) prices are reasonable, and the portions are large) if you are here - be sure to visit)

Ne vous laissez pas avoir, piège à touristes typique. Pas assez de serveurs, trop de monde, mauvaise nourriture. Mes moules étaient froides. Et je pense qu'elles ont été réchauffées au micro-ondes. Tout le reste était également médiocre. Ne gaspillez pas votre argent. Je suis désolé pour la serveuse qui nous a servis. Elle était dépassée par le travail.

Beautifull view, horrible staff. Went with our 2 dogs, they TOLD us to move our dogs in the sun instead of the shadow. We were not pleased, you don't put a black labrador over 30degrees in the sun. They told us a second time to replace the dogs ... Yelling, not asking!!!! (People started to watch) We take them everywhere, they are used to it and are calm, never had this unpleasant experience in our life. 2" after the yelling we received our bill without asking. Never ever again. No respect for dogowners and their dogs.

Nous avons passé la nuit précédente à Rougon et avons roulé vers l'ouest sur la route nord des Gorges du Verdon avant d'arriver à Sainte-Croix-du-Verdon. Nous avons eu de la chance de trouver une table donnant sur le lac de Sainte-Croix. C'était une belle journée de septembre claire et...nous avons apprécié un déjeuner tranquille à quatre. J'ai mangé une très bonne salade niçoise, mon ami a pris des moules et nos femmes ont mangé des hamburgers, qui étaient énormes. Nous avons apprécié notre repas et étions satisfaits du service. Nous reviendrions manger ici.

Le Comptoir.We had several time lunch or dinner at Le Comptoir. Up till today we enjoyed all the different dishes, starters, main courses and especially the desserts. Quantity and quality of the dishes are of a good standard.All staff are very friendly, very efficient and very helpful.The view is excellent: overlooking the Lac de Sainte Croix.A minus is the BBQ spare ribs. All over the world, spare ribs are presented as a full plate with French fries or baked potatoes. In some cities you can eat as much as you can. At Le Comptoir you can only enjoy 3 spare ribs: not comparable with the other different big dishes.Rudy M

We sat outside overlooking the beautiful lake and had a gorgeous lunch. I had fabulous moules - really large and soft and tasty. Husband had trout, also delicious. Restaurant got busier and busier, including one very large party of elderly folk, many of whom clearly needed a lot of help with seating and menu choices. Waiters were endlessly patient with them and with us. We watched a storm approaching along the lake. Shall we go inside or stay outside as we love the view so much? We'll stay here. Most others very expertly moved indoors by such professional waiting staff. Rain never reached us and we enjoyed our lovely lunch in the sunshine.
