Good value for price, the food was good and our server was very efficient, the wine was good "Le Pavillon de Boyrein". The restaurant is very welcoming and was very busy that night.

horrible service. was waiting 3 hours to finish a three course meal that was subpar. I've had multiple 3 course meals in France and never had to stay as long as I had in this establishment. cheap for its price, but you also have to consider sacrificing a good chunk of your day to eat here

Food is not so great, service is fine. I ordered the set menu €17 and a glass of red. The wine is okay, glass wasn't clean. The fish soup was so salty and fish (not fresh at all), could not even have a real swallow. So I asked for a change to foie gras, which was better. I had beef stew for main. The pumpkin was sour, the beef was also not very fresh as if it was reheated over time. Not the best place for a good meal.

One of the worst meals I have had in forty years of business and holidays in France. Main course was delivered within 30 seconds of clearing the entrees, it was taken away when we complained but just kept warm until we were ready. When it was (re) delivered, steak was tough as rubber and frites were over salted. Staff were completely unconcerned when we complained, offered us the bill and waited for the next victims. For that price, completely overrated.

I have been there with my family a week ago. The pricing for the menues seemed reasonable. But the service was horrible. We had to wait about half an hour until the waitress took our orders. When the entrées came we didn't get any bread to the camembert rôti. We wanted to signal that to the waitress but she pretended not to see us. To be fair there were a lot of people and the staff had to work a lot but this ignorance was just ridiculous. When the main plate finally arrived the steak wasn't medium as ordered but well done. After waiting again too long for the dessert to arrive we got up, cancelled the dessert and left.

Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable. Mais en raison de la Bastille aujourd'hui, c'était trop bondé et le service était très lent et quelque peu insatisfaisant. L'entrecôte, alias steak, était tellement terrible, j'avais commandé "A Point" et c'était bouilli. Pareil pour mon ami, la viande aurait dû être "Saignant", mais elle était trop cuite. Elle était si sèche et difficile à mastiquer. La viande ne vient pas de France mais d'Allemagne. Un peu déçu pour un restaurant français. Les pommes étaient étranges. Sinon, le Foie Gras est bon, le Melo Milo est bon. La salle est jolie, donc nous n'avons pas pu prendre de desserts.

Nourriture correcte mais pourrait être meilleure. Le restaurant a une bonne ambiance de brasserie avec une atmosphère agréable. Le menu est petit mais offre une large sélection de délicieux plats de la région. Cependant, nous sommes allés déjeuner pendant les heures de pointe et malheureusement le personnel n'était pas très accueillant (probablement parce que c'était chargé) et nous avons dû attendre un certain temps pour être servis (pas extrêmement longtemps cependant). La nourriture était bonne, mais un peu froide, mais le personnel était compréhensif et vraiment serviable. Je recommanderais d'essayer la nourriture, mais d'essayer de venir un soir calme.

Please avoid. I never write reviews, but this restaurant negatively deserves it. The restaurant seems nice, but don't be fooled; don't get tricked by the appearances. The food is very bad, almost disgusting. The restaurant proposes menus at reasonable prices, but it seems to me to be like cafeteria food, probably it is industrial food (all packaged). We specifically asked if the fruit salad was fresh. The server said that it was fresh from the morning... What a lie.
