Il y avait de la nourriture vraiment délicieuse dans ce café. Tout le monde était vraiment sympathique et serviable. Très accommodant pour les enfants et leurs besoins spécifiques.

Always enjoy my visit to the Cafe Amanada is always kind and helpful and the food is excellent. Don't visit Gorron as often as I used to but I always look forward to going to Le Cafe Gourmand. It's always fresh and good value.

Excellente nourriture et service. L'hôte / propriétaire parle anglais, ce qui rend la vie un peu plus facile en cas de menus compliqués. Nous venons à Gorron quelques fois par an et nous sommes tombés sur ce merveilleux endroit. Amanda était tellement charmante, sa cuisine est délicieuse et très bon rapport qualité-prix. Il y a un mélange agréable d'anglais et de français, et l'hôte parle les deux langues donc vous n'aurez pas à vous battre. Il y a un choix magnifique sur le menu et de délicieux gâteaux pour le dessert.

Very pleasant place to go for lunch. Most recent visit was today. Had a dish of poached salmon, smoked salmon and crevettes with a large mixed salad. Substantial main course and flavoursome. My partner had the house burger which he says was very good indeed. This was our second visit to the cafe whilst in Gorron and will be happy to go back again. No hesitation in recommending this cafe.

The Café Gourmand is 'the' place to have lunch when visiting or passing through Gorron in the Pays de Loire. The proprietor, Amanda, has a constantly high standard of appetising food available with a nice mix of French and International food to tempt everyone. Our accomodation had a powercut due to storms so we headed in to Gorron.From the outside the cafe gives no indication of the delights inside.you can even eat here at 2pm which is late for France.The 2 English staff are brilliant.We were given bread and nibbles.We all had different types of pasta.all were freshly made so a slight wait .it was worth it.superb food.Leave room for dessert i had a dessert which was a sample of all the desserts on the menu with coffee.definitely a hit on the taste buds.

Nous avons visité cet endroit pour la deuxième fois la semaine dernière. La première visite remonte à environ un an pour prendre des cafés et nous avons dû attendre longtemps pour être servis et recevoir nos boissons. Depuis, nous avions entendu de bons commentaires et avons décidé de revenir pour essayer à nouveau. Je suis désolé de dire que les temps d'attente n'avaient pas été améliorés. Alors que la plupart des tables étaient occupées à notre arrivée, de nombreuses personnes avaient déjà terminé leur repas et étaient parties bien avant que les nôtres soient apportés à la table. I was recommended this Restaurant by family that live near Gorron, so I was expecting some great things.Firstly the atmosphere is lovely, it is a very friendly cafe, chatty staff which is lovely and very professional too.Now, I ordered the burger which is home made, absolutely cooked to perfection, huge and tasty. This came with a lovely side salad which was a meal in itself and sate potatoes.Whilst waiting for that to arrive we were treated to a gratis starter of bread, frois gras and relish, which helped with the beer too.The meal was lovely to eat and the whole time was the service and atmosphere lovely.Of course home made chocolate cheesecake finished me off.After the meal the ladies the...
