I had 2 courses vegetarian and I must say, the vegetables were sublime. The beautiful balance of flavors..... All vegetables merged so well in taste with each other... Delightful! The starter course had such a delicate play of wheat along with cucumber. A definite must have. The lamb I took was very soft, melting in the mouth. The portion was too big for me after 2 courses of vegetables but I am not a big eater. So perhaps..... The dessert was also amazing. There was but and wheat flavored ice cream. Incredible balance of slight bitterness with slight sweetness. Perfectly sweet - otherwise most chef overdo it with the sweetness especially in this part of the world with all there delightful pastries and what nots!! Most clientele I think is from the older generation who would not be putting reviews on this site hence I think it has such less reviewers. If you are within 50kms of this restaurant, don't miss it for the world. Well deserved star! Perhaps should be given another one!!"

my man and I were already in juni for the lobster menu here. the menu was excellent and the service was friendly. we felt very comfortable and therefore made our up to yesterday out there. the menu was excellent again and the wee also recommended. many thanks also for the recipe for the suppe :

eating is a dream! be it in the frame of the gourmet half board or as a 6-course star menu. the Michellin star is well deserved, as everything was perfectly costed and harmonious up to the smallest detail and was also of creativity. the service did not want to be open. I can recommend the restaurant and the entire hotel at most.

I have eaten twice here, order the tasting menu that is paired with wines both times. An excellent experience... they really know how to cook, and really use first-class ingredients, all quite seasonal. If you decide not to go with the wine pairings, they have a wide selection of local Franconian wines that are not exported in any quantity... wonderful. Voir le carte

my vegetarian menu was sensational! the different courses were presented with incredibly much love and have cost fantastic. they feel that the cook loves his call. if his goal was to make me happy, he has it and his team to 1,000! that was happy to order! We didn't know that Laudensacks Hotel comes with a one Michelin Star restaurant on site. What a wonderful surprise and treat! And how relaxing to just dine-in, then stroll the lovely grounds of the hotel. The food was delicious; service near flawless and presentation exquisite. The most amazing surprise came the next day when we saw the tab included as part of our hotel check-out. We couldn't have done better at an ordinary mid-grade restaurant back home! Voir le carte

This place is simply brilliant and an absolute must-go if you're around. The chef is a genius, everything is prepared beautifully and the combinations are divine. The waiters are indeed young (as many before me have indicated) but I thought what he might have lacked in experience he made up for with his humor, smiling and being extremely friendly. I had the 4 dish menu, with mackerel (great dish, the combination with vegetables and the sauce is great), the beef (to die for) and a starter that was great but somehow i managed to forget the main ingredient. Dessert was great to share with my wife.If you are in Bad Kissingen, do not miss out on Laudensacks Parkhotel!
