L.A.Sylt - Carte

If you are romantic enough to still look at sunsets - and if you like really fresh oysters - this is your place in the late afternoon. Friendly service, great view over the tidelands, qysters fresh from the sea and of course excellent drinks.

Practical with the foundation on the beach, L.A. Sylt is a wooden hut on the sea. Cosy inside and breezy outside a great combination. And we were enchanted by our first visit. Unpretentious athmosphere, friendly staff, good food, a great wine list... we will definitely be back!

Amazingly little beach cottage with incredible food and extremely friendly, warm and generous staff (Valentino/Kofi). We had the Surf-N’-Turf and the baked fish fillet. L.A Sylt in List is a bit away from the beaten path. They park from the main street and then go to the restaurant. The view is beautiful if you can sit outside and the food is North German excellence. We had the fish soup and the shells. Both excellent as well as imperial narrow for dessert. If you're in Sylt, don't miss this place.

I am an oyster buff! My oyster extravaganza was even better than Vancouver , actually Victoria Canada's oysters!! Smoked incredible! Tempura with caviar, unreal! Even straight up with vignette, insane!the waiter wS so attentive, his motto, spoil the customer and advertising not nescassary ! Amazing and perfect oyster dive you're looking for in sylt! Sylt is an island that offers many dining possibilities. And we liked the nice location at the beach, the sincere owner that served us the dishes and the big portions at L.A. Sylt. This place makes you feel like on Malibu Beach -with bad weather:) The food was fresh and delicious! From price performance view, good value when compared with other places in Sylt.

Hard to explain because it has a exellent reputation.So if you would think because of this you will end up in a classic high end five star restaurant you will be surprised.Its a not very big but indeed perfect place if you are lucky to get a table.Its just a very authentic northern German wooden waterfrond restaurant with a great teras and a cosy small space inside where you can mingle with locals.So depending on the season its a challenge to find a spot inside in winter.The food and service and prices where exellent and we felt lucky to have been there.

This restaurant is located in a beach hut right on the wadden sea coast of Sylt. So you don't get the open shore of Sylt's western coast - but a nice view and child-friendly beach. On our latest visit we also realised that this place must be heaven for dogs (or dog-owners) because almost every one of the maybe 12 tables had a canine companion under it. In such an atmosphere, rustic and hearty dishes like stew, bratwurst or lamb taste best. The wine list offers surprisingly good riesling by the glass but the pre-fab white wine spritzer is rather disappointing.
