"Hotel: very friendly, courteous, tidy, clean, sometimes something came in the years. Restaurant: friendly, good choice, high-quality food and for everyone. This restaurant is clearly recommended! Adler Restaurant and rooms are a little hidden in the Grüningen district. Coming from Stuttgart via the B312 you drive about one kilometre in front of Riedlingen towards Grüningen. Following the road to the T-crossing turn left and right again, you are practically facing. It's a bright yellow building. The parking spaces are on the back, where you can also find the entrance to the reception. The terrace with seating for the warm season is also the entrance to the restaurant. The house is located relatively centrally in the village, but still it is only a few steps until you are in the green again. Riedlingen itself is reached on foot in about 25 minutes. The restaurant is decorated with warm brown and red tones and invites you to stay immediately. It looks very cozy and tidy. Napkins, glasses and cutlery are presented on all places, making you feel like in a 5* restaurant. The service is very friendly and attentive. The card is not covered and also offers unusual. You can choose from regularly changing menus or compile the sequence of dishes yourself. From the appetizers in any case the Alb-Büffel-Mozzarella is recommended. For every eating habit, it is vegetarian, pescetaric or full food. Children and seniors are also provided. The fried trout fillet and the salmon cut with herbal crust were tested. Roasted spring onions and baked potato jerks were served for trout. There were also ginger-fruits, which seemed a little like Chutney. This harmonized but perfect addition and gave the court a surprising touch. Only the term fillet was a bit overstretched, as some of the coarser bones were found from the head area. Rosmarinkartoffeln and advised zucchini were added to the salmon steak and also the ginger fruchttupfen. Unfortunately, the fish was not fried on the skin side so that it was a bit over the point, but not dry, cooked. The skin was also not crispy, shame! The rosemary apples were on the spot and very aromatic, the zucchini was fried a little too much in deep oil, where you have to say here that this is common in Mediterranean cuisine. Fortunately, however, the excessive use of garlic was dispensed with. The hotel rooms are clean and tidy. Whether desired or not, everything is very rustic. However, it does not seem neglected, but only used but well maintained. The interior is well civic in the style of the 60s or 1970s. In the bathroom everything is clean and mold-free, only to be challenged is that the guide rail is broken in the shower and the glass doors are to be moved with caution. Again, the exceptionally good service should be pointed out. All requests have been met 100% satisfaction! Again: This restaurant is clearly recommended!"

The reason for the visit was for lunch. Beautiful quiet location with terrace. Good choice in the menu with good prices. German specialty ordered was delicious, but the amount in the dish was in my opinion too little, although ordered as main food. Other good service

Das Restaurant ist liebevoll eingerichtet Das Frühstück ist sehr übersichtlich, deckt jedoch die Grundbedürfnisse. Besonderes Highlight: Ionisiertes Wasser. Am ersten Morgen bestellte ich einen Kaffee und alle anderen Morgen kam der Kaffee schon automatisch. Toller Service!! Im Restaurant ist das Essen regional und sehr lecker! Tolles Preis-Leistungs- Verhältnis .Sehr Frisch und Tolles Salatbuffet Kalbsbacken waren mehr als nur gut die Kürbis-Lachs spaghetti waren ein Traum.

Wir haben einen runden Geburtstag gefeiert im kleinen Kreis. Einige aßen Cordon-bleu- das war sehr lecker- und reichlich. Auch das Schnitzel war in der selbstgemachten üppigen Panade ein Traum. Die Pommes dazu sind sensationell. Wir würden für diese Qualität auch mehr bezahlen! Die Bedienung und auch die Chefin waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend, obwohl echt viel los war. Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht und werden unbedingt bald wiederkommen. Der Adler ist unbedingt zu empfehlen. Voir le carte

Actually, we and our friends wanted to stay there for a wedding. But on the day of arrival, it turned out that the hotel had forgotten our bookings! Now we were just before the wedding and had only 2 of 5 booked and confirmed rooms! But instead of looking for a solution, the police threatened because they didn't want to admit the mistake. Unbelievable! At least the bridal couple didn't have to pay their room...but the rest of the guests had to look around the quick for something else. The Jimmys in Altheim is by the way highly recommended, super service, good price and comfortable beds!

Der Adler bietet genau das, was man von einem schwäbischen Landgasthof erwartet und bekommt daher volle Punktzahl! Wir haben ganz kurzfristig reserviert und bekamen noch einen wunderschönen Platz im Garten. Die Füße im Gras und über dem Kopf schattige Bäume, ringsum alte Fachwerkhäuser und Bauerngärten. Idyll pur Das essen war bodenständig, großzügig portioniert und lecker. Wir hatten Cordon bleu mit Pommes und eine Forelle mit Mandelbutter, vorneweg je einen Salat von der Salatbar. Dazu ein süffiges Zwifaltener Hefeweizen und einen Durstlöscher-Kräuter-Eistee und weitere Softdrinks. Passt!
