We chose this restaurant based on its reviews and it has certainly been a success. As an appetizer we ordered some tellinas and a sepia plancha, both delicious dishes. To eat a seafood paella. Spectacular both flavor and rice cooking. Luckily we have been able to try very good paellas in different areas, but I would dare to say that it is the best we have ever eaten. From the first moment, the service was very attentive and friendly since we arrived a little in advance and they had no problem sitting down and waiting a few minutes, it is seen that they have a good feeling between them since at all times they knew the faults of letter and so on. When ordering, they offered us the octopus and it was really delicious, we continued with some tellinas and fried cheese... both the quality and the quantity were great. L'Airet d'Altea restaurant, in the center of Altea. The place is small, with not many tables, and very comfortable, well air-conditioned. It also has a terrace. The attention of its staff is excellent, professional and close. The kitchen is very good, with quality products and correct portions. The desserts too. Allergen management is excellent. Perhaps we found the pace of service a bit slow. The value for money on this site is very good. Reservation recommended.
