"The restaurant is the small town of El Bolao, in the route of the medieval castles of the region of Madrid. It is a good stop in the middle of a touristic journey. it is easily accessible and it is plenty of parking space in the area, duly signed and free of charge. Staff is kind, competent and not intrusive. Food is of good quality and well cooked as per Spanish standards. There is good assortment of starters for any taste. As main course there is fish and meat in good balance. Price is commensurate to value. To sum up an area worth a visit and a restaurant worth the stop."

"Una nueva y rica experiencia degustamos ayer sábado en el Bohemio. Entre otras cosas probamos las tortillas de camarón y la ensaladilla rusa de camarones. Todo estaba riquísimo y como siempre volveremos. Todo es excelente. La comida es riquísima. Esta reseña la puse la primera vez que vinimos y eso fue en febrero del 2019. El tiempo pasa y todo sigue siendo excelente. El chef siempre nos sorprende gratamente. Hoy hemos probado la lasaña y debo decir que es la mejor que me he comido en Madrid. Siempre volvemos."

"Second and desired visit. Fantastic restaurant in a wonderful mountain setting. Typical cuisine with a delicious touch of originality that makes it unique. Excellent service and attention. The owner of the house is very attentive at all times. An extraordinary discovery when everything seemed already seen. I will return to continue exploring their dishes and enjoy the great professionalism and human quality of their staff, with a high note to Sonia who has been a love in her work. Thank you. "restaurant with beautiful views and very tasty food although I have been in some restaurants with the same quality of food but cheaper and with more quantity. They take advantage of the space millimeter because tables are too close to try to get a lot of people. I've already gone twice on different weekends and I've both seen the same. the price of wine too high if we take into account the real price of the market or other restaurants. the service very well although we booked table with views and wanted to put ourselves in one without them. is a restaurant that I recommend to visit taking into account the prices so high ( desserts do not fall from the super rich food. meat and the singlemillo point of the best and very rich in the incomings also."
