Una comida de diez. Hecha con cariño y tratados como se debe. Un diez de trattoria, el unico pero que le pongo es que en el piso de abajo si hay alguna mesa bulliciosa se oye de mas.

Personal encantador y una bienvenida muy cálida para este cliente por primera vez. El maitre italiano sugirió un plato espectacular y a un precio razonable, al igual que las bebidas. Merece ser más conocido, sobre todo porque está a un paso de la Plaza Santa Bárbara.

Descubrimos este restaurante de casualidad y nos impresionó muchísimo. Las recetas son auténticas sicilianas, el ambiente es buenísimo y el trato excelente. Have just returned from an excellent evening at Trattoria La Tavernetta. We could not have wished for a warmer or more enthusiastic welcome, along with totally fresh, home cooked Sicilian inspired Italian food. Not to mention some very well priced wine and prosecco would highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for an authentic neighbourhood restaurant that is as welcoming to visitors as to regulars.

I do not normally review restaurants online, but I feel compelled to sing the praises of La Tavernetta. First, the food was fantastic. The spicy spaghetti with shrimp was one of the best pasta dishes I have ever tasted. Everyone in our party enjoyed their meal and left stuffed to the gills. Second, and just as important, the service was stellar. Our waiter was kind, generous, warm, and funny. He charmed us and all three of our children. Highly recommended.

this was a booking that was made with no forethought or planning and the food didn't disappoint Initially our welcome was a bit frosty from who i believe was the owner or manager but we did turn up exactly on time for our booking at 2030hrs when they open and clearly they were not ready for us so we walked around the block When we returned the welcome was a little better but still felt awkward however it improved massively throughout the meal. The waiting staff were superb and by the end we were all laughing a joking together well done to them the food was simply superb. great quality and very traditional we all loved it and would happily return again when next in Madrid.
