"Gestern Abend waren wir das erste Mal in diesem Restaurant. Obwohl kaum Gäste da waren, hat man uns in die hinterste Ecke gesetzt. Die vielen freie Tische waren angeblich reserviert. Vorab gab es weder Brot, noch einen Gruß aus der Küche . Dafür kam der Hauptgang sehr schnell. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass wir möglichst schnell wieder gehen sollten. Allerdings hat die Bedienung dann unsere leeren Teller zehn Minuten vor uns stehen lassen. Das war alles extrem lieblos und wir hatten das Gefühl nicht willkommen zu sein. Das Essen war akzeptabel, aber nicht außergewöhnlich gut. Was auch kein Wunder ist, wenn man einen Blick auf die Speisekarte wirft. Wirklich gute Restaurant bieten zehn Gerichte an und nicht mehr. Dafür waren die Preise außergewöhnlich gut . Wir werden dort nicht mehr hingehen und weiter nach einem tollen Italiener in Kiel suchen."

Excellent local cuisine and all regional and organic. Young team, magnificent retro ambience. For this, prices are slightly higher, but quality is appropriate.

Das war mal wirklich eine leckere Pizza,knuspriger Teig schön dünn,geschmackvoller Belag, so soll eine Pizza schmecken. Danach ein leckeres Dessert mit Zitrone, vielen Dank sind bald wieder da......

I was on a business trip in Kiel and I accidentally became aware of the diner bag during the Google survey. The small shop is highly recommended. Staff and owner Jessi are very friendly and are very striving to realize a nice stay. Of course, you can't forget the food. That was very tasty and perfectly seasoned! Food ordered included pasta marinara, ravioli with pecorino and fig, pasta olio. As you can see we tasted the grappa and enjoyed standard plentiful beer selection. We had pizza tuna for entree.Priced well i thought. On a 30 degree evening the outside setting was perfect. Great local pizza for the family and couples and was busy. Senspirational rates this highly. Try the grappa if you enjoy it Smooth

A very nice restaurant with a young team. Very friendly, everything explained. They knew what they were serving on the plates. The food absolutely fantastic, seasonal changing menu. I'm sure you can find something new. But the classics which hopefully remain are also highly recommended. Price performance is absolutely right. I will definitely not just come back once. Yesterday I was in the Donnerlüttchen for the first time - how was it? Location very nice, cozy and appealing. Operation super nice, competent and ready to answer all questions about food. And there were many. what are fermented tomatoes, is the baked bread from its own production etc. All homemade, very good cuisine, seasonal menu, organic ingredients. That also justifies prices. It could be a little more content on the plate - otherwise thumbs up - try it out!
