For 9 years, we were happy, regular diners there. I am so so happy to write that La Patriarca hasn't changed a bit! Walked in to find the wood-fired grill ablaze, the waitress remembered my face (even though I'm 7 years older! and the steak and roasted potatoes still as yummy and satisfying as I last remembered. It isn't fancy (that's Il Salotto upstairs but it is exactly what typical cooking of the Val di Chiana should taste like. Absolutely recommended !!!"
