"We were a family group of 8 on our last night in Corsica and dedicated to dine at this restaurant perched on the clift over Olmeto. We were not disappointed. The grilled vegetable appetizer was excellent. Lettuce, egg plant, fig, tomato, pepper with a very tasty sauce. We choose to eat Pizza though the restaurant offers a varied menu featuring local cuisine. It is renowned for its wood fired oven and the pizza it produces. Between the 8 of us we ordered 5 pizzas of 4 varieties. The white pizza was astounding. The Corsican pizza was great but a bit drier than the others. The cayenne pizza was a star. Just enough heat to make it interesting. And the Oriental pizza was also enjoyed by all. We took the remenants home for breakfast. Too full to try their desserts. We highly recommend this restaurant. The wait staff is friendly and efficient. When in the Olmeto Area do not neglect a visit."

Lovely table for lunch on balcony overlooking mountains and valley. Delicious Corsican menu of up to 6 different dishes, we had a very filling 4 at €5 each.

This restaurant has a lovely terrace overlooking the nearby valley. They offer many typical Corsican dishes, but several were prepared in an unusual and delicious manner, such as the crusted eggplant with honey and toasted almonds.

Nous avons commandé une pizza à emporter la première nuit, notre fils a pensé que c'était la meilleure pizza qu'il n'ait jamais mangée et c'est un jeune gourmand. Le soir suivant, nous avons dîné au restaurant et nous n'avons pas été déçus, la cuisine était très corse et absolument délicieuse.

Belle nourriture dans un endroit magnifique. C'est agréable de regarder les martinets survoler Olmeto alors que la lumière du soir s'estompait. La nourriture, les spécialités corses, les pizzas et le menu enfant, étaient délicieuses et d'un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Le cadre est parfait et le personnel très sympathique.

Nice view from the outside deck. Not overpriced. Pizza was OK but not a great range of options for vegetarians and though our daughter asked for less cheese, it seemed to come with the same amount as everyone else. Staff quite friendly on first occasion, but on second visit were rude when one of us complained about a long hair in the food. They insisted that the wore hair caps and that none of them had long dark hair like the on in the dish. Reluctantly didn't charge for the dish we didn't eat
